Gus Alexander Architects is an architectural practice based in Smithfield in central London. Most of our work is for private residential clients, although we also work for a number of boutique hoteliers and for a specialist Housing Association which offers sheltered accommodation for single, homeless people... Gus Alexander Architects are based in Clarkenwell, London, near Farringdon Station. Please view our website for projects and more information... The majority of our work is remodelling and extending Georgian, Victorian and Edwardian houses and flats. Most of these are in conservation areas, and about a quarter are Listed Buildings. We offer a personal bespoke architectural service and can either advise and provide drawings required to obtain local authority consents and approvals, or we can offer a comprehensive service which also includes overseeing construction work on site and managing the financial and contract arrangements with builders.
