Adrian Green FITOL set up The Development Company Limited in 1994 to provide training, coaching, development and support to organisations in all sectors.
Adrian is a qualified trainer, facilitator and coach. As a Fellow of the Institute he works closely with the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL) to design, deliver and assess a full range of qualifications for trainers and coaches.
Training
Adrian was a trainer with Barclaycard and Barclays Bank, designing and delivering job skills training, IT training and supervisory skills. He was the first Management Training Manager at Barclaycard.
He has designed and currently delivers four trainer qualifications for ITOL:
Foundation Certificate in Staff Development
Certificate in Training and Development
Adrian is an accomplished business coach working mainly with senior and line management. He coaches both individuals and groups (in Action Learning Sets).
Adrian is a qualified administrator for DISC profiling and is a practicing transactional analyst.
Adrian is a volunteer at this vineyard. He helps with the grape picking and also with the care and pruning of the vines throughout the season.

Kay Buckby joined The Development Company in 1995 and brought with her a wealth of experience from working in a wide range of industries. Kay has previously worked in sales, HR and accounting for retail, manufacturing and service industries, her last position being the Financial Controller in a Japanese company in the automotive industry.
Kay Buckby is a leading management trainer and has worked in a wide range of different industries. Her extensive business exposure comes across in the training.
Louise is an IT Specialist. She studied at Northampton College and originally joined The Development Company as an apprentice.
She specialises in elearning authoring and graphics design and has built up a large amount of experience using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Storyline 2.
Louise creates elearning which is interactive and looks to stimulate all learning styles. As a result, her courses are extremely engaging and enjoyable.
Louise Plant is an IT Specialist. She creates interactive elearning using Storyline 2.
