Mandy worked for Deal Varney in Newbury for over 25 years as their office manager and PA to the directors. Following Quintons acquisition of Deal Varney in 2023, Mandy moved to our offices and joined the commercial property management team. Her experience, organisational skills and professional manner are a huge asset to the Quintons team.

Mo joined Quintons in 2022 previously having worked for many years in acquisition for Vodafone. Mo is PA to Shane Prater and Tom Price assisting with everything secretarial and administrative including property disposals, acquisitions, valuations, lease renewals, rent reviews and property management.
Shane Prater joined Quintons in 1998, has been a Director since 2002 and runs our Commercial Property department. Shane specialises in acquisitions, sales & lettings, valuations, landlord and tenant advice (to include rent reviews, lease renewals and dilapidations) and property management in Newbury and West Berkshire
He is a well-respected Chartered Surveyor and offers a high level of customer service and advice to his loyal client base.
Shane holds a BSc in Valuation and Estate Management from Bristol University and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), an RICS registered valuer and a non-domestic energy assessor.
Tina worked for Deal Varney in Newbury for 15 years working alongside their Director of Property Management running the property management department. Following Quintons acquisition of Deal Varney in 2023, Tina moved to our offices to run Quintons property management department. Tina has a wealth of experience providing a comprehensive and efficient service, ensuring both Landlords and Tenants are well informed and looked after. She is a great asset to the Quintons team.
