PROSPECT - Key Persons
Darren has been at Prospect since 2011 and has in-depth knowledge of the local area. Darren lives in Bracknell within the Jennett's Park development, with his girlfriend and their daughter. Darren prides himself in giving realistic and honest valuations as well as providing excellent customer service. In his spare time, Darren enjoys spending time with his family and is big football fan. He is a season ticket holder for Reading Football Club.
The team is led by David Ward who has been with Prospect since 2009. David takes huge pride in customer satisfaction and professionalism and is exceptionally hard working. He will always go the extra mile to ensure our clients receive the service they would expect from an industry leading estate agency. Research from consumer guides show that a customer's biggest gripe with estate agents is limited knowledge of the market and the local area. David has grown up and lived around the area his entire life. Therefore, he and his team are able to relate to the current residents of Maidenhead and help to guide buyers looking to relocate to the area.
Elliott has been in the industry since he was 18, having worked for Prospect his entire career totalling 8 years. He has worked in several offices including Bracknell,Camberley and spending 5 years in Reading before coming over to Aldershot to head up our Lettings Team. Working in different property markets it has allowed Elliott to develop an in-depth understanding of the Lettings Market and improve his customer service skills.
Outside of work Elliott is a massive Football Fan a shame he supports Birmingham City.
Harry started Prospect fresh to the industry in 2013. Since then he has developed to show a fantastic understanding of an ever changing market place. Having grown up in Bracknell and learning his trade in the Bracknell office for a year, he then made the move to Wokingham in October 2014 to further his development. Harry is now heading up our Bracknell team. His new clients have come accustomed to receiving customer service which is always of the highest prestige.
Jordan has worked within the property industry for seven years, all of which with Prospect. He joined in 2014 as a trainee in the Reading office and worked tirelessly year on year to push himself and progress as quickly as he could, in 2018 Jordan was promoted to the lettings manager of Maidenhead and once again worked tirelessly to take the office to no1 in the area which he succeeded, he is now on to a new challenge and has recently taken over Farnborough. Jordan has been on many company awards and enjoys continuing to grow. Working with Prospect means diversity from day to day and the excitement of meeting new people and seeing all the different types of properties that the market offers. He has helped Landlords of all different levels from helping them taking their first steps into property investments to dealing with landlords with portfolios of 10 plus properties.
Jordan joined Prospect in 2015 and has progressed from a trainee to Manager of our Aldershot office. He prides himself on his attention to detail and takes great pleasure in assisting with every aspect of our clients' needs; from creating bespoke marketing plans for our sellers, to finding your dream home!
Jordan has a wealth of local knowledge and has previously worked in the surrounding towns of Farnborough and Fleet.
In his spare time, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife Becca, walking his dog Winston, socialising with friends, and supporting the "best team in London"... Chelsea FC.
Josh has over 15 years of experience as an estate agent and has worked in the UK, Middle East and Australia allowing him to gain a considerable amount of experience in the industry. Working in three different property markets has allowed Josh to develop an in-depth understanding of the buying and selling process.
Outside of work, Josh and his partner Katie have two children and a Red Fox Labrador.
Lloyd has worked within the property industry for the past ten years, of which the last seven have been with Prospect. He joined early 2015 as a trainee in the Maidenhead office and worked tirelessly year on year to push himself and progress as quickly as he could.
Mark has worked within the property industry for over 20 years and spent time across a variety of different locations and marketplaces. Joining the Crowthorne team in the Spring of 2022 he has brought with him a wealth of knowledge and quality. Mark's attention to detail and desire to achieve exceptional results for all his clients is clear to see with many positive reviews from buyers and sellers. In his spare time, Mark spends a lot of time socialising with friends and family and will never miss a game of football that features his beloved Leeds United!
Matteo has been working in the Lettings industry since 2010, all of which has been with Prospect. Matteo started at the Reading office as a trainee and have worked my way up through the ranks to Client Manager, Senior Client Manager, Assistant Manager, Lettings Branch Manager at Prospect's head office in Reading and Matteo is now Lettings Branch Manager at our Wokingham Office. Matteo has extensive knowledge and experience in both the lettings market and industry. Customer service is what he strives for and to ensure his clients receive the best service possible.
Michael has vast experience of the complete property cycle having worked in the industry since 2004. Having lived in the Wokingham area for the past 8 years and having worked locally for the last nine years, Michael has great knowledge of many different property types. Michael prides himself on offering a great customer experience to all of his clients and will often go out of his way to ensure his clients are happy.
Outside of work Michael enjoys most sports, is a West Ham fan and is a keen golfer, having recently got his handicap under 10. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Donna and young son, Harry.
Ricky has a huge amount of experience and is able to provide detailed and accurate valuations for all property types. After 4 years managing and valuing in our Warfield Office, having previously been a Valuer in the Bracknell branch, Ricky returned to the Bracknell office as Branch Manager. Having lived in the Bracknell area all of his life, Ricky's local knowledge is invaluable to him and his clients.
Ryan has been with Prospect for over 10 years now, working his way up through the ranks from a trainee to Branch Manager. Over the years he has developed a vast knowledge of the property market in various areas, including Bracknell, Reading, Wokingham and Maidenhead. Ryan is well organised and has incredible attention to detail. He will take the time to ensure that the customer experience is the best it can possibly be. Outside of work, Ryan has two young children who keep him busy as well as his interest in keeping fit and football.
