Dan Bradfield

Dan not only drives the business forward in his role as MD, but is a self-proclaimed brand geek and evangelist who's laser focused on making sure our clients' brand and identity work truly cuts the mustard: from brand strategy through to design. An NUA graduate and Norfolk-lifer, Naked was his first professional home out of university in 2009.

David Lloyd - Founder

Our fearless leader, Dave, founded Naked 20 years ago. A designer by trade, he leads and inspires the creatives to create ‘first rate' with his ceaseless and addictive positive energy. Dave is fashion-forward (his words) and lives with his wife, son, and delightful dog, Walt the Whippet.

James Hale - CMO

Savvy with a brain that screams strategy, James knows how to uncover and make the most of any client's business opportunities. With a background in digital marketing, he gets straight to the heart of any challenge, understanding businesses, their customers and challenges before plotting out the most practical plan to deliver it.. Oh, and he's annoyingly good at all sports, so he always gets picked first.

Jodie Cole

Jodie's been hands on at Naked since 2005. An award-winning print and digital designer, she loves to get stuck in - and never stops smiling. From her engaging illustrations and animation skills to her photographic flair, Jodie brings creativity to the table by the bucketful, and we're here for it.

Molly Cook

Molly may be the youngest member of the gang, but her thinking and knowledge are way beyond her years. As a digital native and natural influencer, she brings our content and social media campaigns to life. When she is not delivering for Naked, looking after or riding her eight horses, she's studying Marketing & Management at the UEA. So, not busy at all really!!

Simon Foster

With 30 years' industry experience under his belt, Simon is our pseudo ‘director of the detail' - lending his technical skills, attention, and enthusiasm for problem-solving to every project. For him, precision is paramount, whether it's tweaking design details or proofreading everything that leaves the studio for cheeky typos others might miss (sorry, Simon!).

Thomas Richards

Tom certainly knows his way around a website - from the way it's built technically to building the traffic that provides that vital ROI. A specialist in SEO and PPC, Tom loves a challenge whether it is smashing digital marketing targets, designing campaigns on social - or how to brighten up the office with his colourful shirts.
