We have a saying at WJFG - a community should be a better place for having one of our businesses in it. And we mean it. We support food poverty and food education charities with charitable donations. But we do more than that. We also donate our surplus food and give our time as volunteers, with all colleagues given a volunteering day each year on full pay... We are a sixth-generation family business owning five fantastic food businesses, all with different ambitions, priorities and outlooks i.e., they're all unique. We are values-led and take a long-term view - this means we look after our businesses and our people. We're in this together and we strongly believe in winning, but in the right way...
