Hartcliffe and Withywood Community Partnership (HWCP) is a community led organisation, representing and working on behalf of a community on the Southern edge of Bristol. Our vision is for all people in the communities we serve to have an equal chance to lead successful, healthy and happy lives. We are a registered charity and company limited by guarantee... HWCP is a community led organisation creating a sustainable and supportive local environment for people to feel empowered, realise their potential, and create positive change. We are here to make Hartcliffe, Withywood, (and surrounding areas) places that work for everybody. We help make sure the community can make decisions about local issues, and we initiate activities or projects and promote local partnership work. We believe in empowering local residents and building communities.
