Brian has been MD and owner since 1981, his vast knowledge, practical experience and understanding of the industry over the years, has given the essential skills required to all of his personnel that has made SDS the success it is today.
Keith has over 30 years of experience within a structual environment covering all disciplines including, production, project, contract and commercial management. He is also accredited and qualified as the company's Crane Lifting Operations Appointed Person and also stands as the company's RWC for the maintainance of the CE Mark on structural products.
Dean has been with SDS since 1981, starting as an Apprentice and now overseeing all production related operations. He is also an experienced and qualified Installer.
Phil started SDS as a Trainee Estimator and now heads the Contracts Team. With a background in civils and ground works gives him a full understanding of project specifics from the outset through to completion.

Joanne started with SDS around the year 2000 as an Admin Apprentice, having had a short time away she was welcomed back as a Buyer/Contract Administrator
Charlotte joined the company in 2014 and began as a Trainee Wages Administrator and within a year worked her way up to the buying department.
Dianne has been with the company since 2003. Originally coming from an accounting and HR background, she has further developed her skills while at SDS and is responsible for staff management, health and safety, enviromental, quality, accounting and HR.
Paul has been involved in estimating structural steelwork projects since 2018 and now heads the department. His wealth of knowledge in manufacturing and site activities benefits both SDS and its Clients.
