Nemco was formed as an independent company in 1995 as a workers co operative. Since then, we have been providing school based instrumental music lessons, musical ensembles and performance opportunities throughout the region... Nemco was set up in 1995 as a workers' co-operative and adheres to co-operative principals. The company is managed by directors, elected from its membership... Our aim is to provide a quality music service at an affordable price and to engender an enthusiasm for music making through participation. We encourage pupils to achieve the highest possible standards. Many of our pupils have continued to make music both professionally and socially after leaving school.
