Dawn is a specialist in all aspects of Estate Administration, Wills, Inheritance Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection Applications.
Dawn joined the firm in 1991 as a graduate from Sheffield Hallam University and went on to qualify as a Legal Executive in 1995 and as a Solicitor in 2005.
Dawn has extensive experience of working closely with clients and their families. She provides detailed advice on a wide range of issues which worry people about later life including care fees, inheritance tax, property rights on death and loss of capacity.

Mark Thomas has been with Arthur Jackson & Co in Rotherham for over 30 years. He became a partner in 1983 and has developed a wealth of experience in a wide range of legal areas.
He is currently the head of our Personal Injury and Employment Law departments. As well as this he is versed in all areas of Contract Law, as well as Company & Commercial Law. In addition he has many years of experience representing our Clients in a wide scope of matters in the Family Courts.
When he's not representing one of our Clients you'll probably be able to find him at New York Stadium watching Rotherham United so he can prepare his next match report

Neil is one of the most experienced Conveyancing solicitors in South Yorkshire and deals with all aspects of residential and commercial conveyancing and wider property law matters. He has been a Partner in the firm since 1983.
Neil acts for a wide range of individual and commercial Clients including Landlords and Tenants, Property Developers, Lenders and Investors on a variety of commercial transactions.
