Hello, thanks for taking the time to visit my website. I'm an artist based in the beautiful artist's town of Kirkcudbright on the south coast of Scotland. I love to draw and also like to carve printing plates and set text using letterpress type. I love vintage technology and have been working on combining these methods to create very limited edition print runs of orignal artwork... I'm a graduate of Museum and Art Gallery studies from University of Leicester and mix creating art with my experience as a curator. In 2018 I took a short drawing course at the Ruskin School of Art and I studied Representational Art with London Fine Art Studios. I'm a member of Curator Space and the Scottish Society of Artists... Phil Robinson is a Typographer and Fine Artist creating hand carved artwork using classical drawing and mechanical printing methods.
