Alycia joined the firm over twelve years ago and has worked her way up to Head of Accounts. Alycia completed her Professional Accountancy Course AAT in 2009 at BPP College of Accountancy and achieved her diploma in Level 2 & 3 in Accounting.
Caitlin is a legal secretary who joined Gibson Young in 2021 to assist in the growing Personal Injury and Litigation Department. She previously worked in a large City law firm and most recently has worked with Rehana at both Rider Support and Charles Gregory solicitors.
Christopher founded Gibson Young in 1999 and previously Christopher Young & Co in 1989. He studied at the College of Law in Guildford, qualifying in 1972. Now mainly enjoying retirement, Christopher continues to be an non practising consultant.
Emily graduated from the University of Lincoln in 2015 and successfully completed her LPC with Masters in 2020. She joined Gibson Young in 2021 with 5 years' experience working within civil litigation, 3.5 of these as a paralegal for a global firm on high value and catastrophic injury claims.
Esat heads the firm's Commercial Department. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1998, he specialises in property law & Real Estate transactions. He has significant experience of complex commercial property transactions, development, residential property investment, & leasehold enfranchisement. Esat previously practiced at an established Gray's Inn Square practice for many years, & in the City.
Fiona joined Gibson Young in 2013 and has over 20 years' experience in accounts, 10 of which working in law firms. She assists with all areas of accounts.
Fiona initially joined Gibson Young in 2000 but having left to focus on her young family, rejoined the firm in 2017. She works as an administrative assistant for various departments. Fiona is a graduate with a 2:1 BSc honours degree.
Gillian works in our Wills & Probate Department specialising in Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She joined the firm in 2006 and has over 10 years experience assisting with Private Client matters. Gillian's priority are her client's wellbeing and wishes.

Jess graduated The University of Manchester with a 2.1 BSc Honours degree. She has recently completed her GDL at the University of Law, and is going on to complete her LPC in January 2022. She works as a administrative assistant across various departments.

Joelle has a wealth of experience in conveyancing with over 17 years specialising in this area of law, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2009. She joined the team in 2021 and is involved in all areas of conveyancing including new builds, shared ownership, remortgages, transfer of equity and lease extensions.
Keith attended the University of Wolverhampton and qualified as a Solicitor in 1978. He completed his training at Gaby Hardwicke & Co and worked at several different firms before joining Gibson Young in 2007. Keith has over 40 years experience and specialises in complex property matters. In 2020 he became a consultant to the firm.
As a Solicitor in the Residential Property Department Laura handles sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. Laura qualified as a Solicitor in April 2017, having joined Gibson Young Solicitors in 2016 and became an Associate Partner in November 2020. Laura is currently on maternity leave.
Lucie joined Gibson Young in 2004, becoming a Partner in 2008 and Managing Partner in 2014. She is the accredited COFA (Compliance Officer for Finance) for the firm. Lucie's focus is ensuring the firm is delivering the best legal advice and a personable service to clients. She unwaveringly believes that the success of a solicitors firm starts and ends with the quality of its' staff.
Primrose is a highly skilled family lawyer with over 30 years of career experience in all aspects of Separation, Divorce, Ancillary Relief and Children Act, including Private Law Applications and Adoption. For Primrose the most important and rewarding part of her roll is to help and support her clients through a dark period in their lives and secure an outcome to allow them to move forward.
Rehana qualified in 2004 and specialises in personal injury, dispute resolution and litigation including probate and property, landlord and tenant, debt recovery and employment settlement agreements. Having successfully run practices Rider Support and Charles Gregory Solicitors previously, Rehana has a wealth of experience in resolving anything from small disagreements to large-scale, complex litigation.
Shamila qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and has been with Gibson Young for over 16 years. She became a Salaried Partner in 2005 and an Equity Partner in 2008. She now heads both our Residential Conveyancing and Wills & Probate Departments. Shamila has over 20 years of experience dealing with property matters, and 10 years of experience in dealing with wills and probate.
Susanna joined the firm in 2021 as a consultant having run Howard Russell & Co solicitors in Chiswick for over 25 years. Specialising in family and divorce matters she has over 30 years experience in a broad variety of cases. She has handled all types of family matters, with particular focus being on the financial consequences of relationship breakdown and all aspects of children work.
