ENDORPHIN - Key Persons

Chris is best known for having led the Layton Blackham Group from a Sole Trader to one of the UK's leading Broking Groups. During this time he successfully developed an MGA, formed what is now known as the Bluefin Network and acquired and successfully integrated over thirty insurance brokers. After the sale of Layton Blackham, Chris was Chairman and Joint CEO of Venture Preference (later rebranded Bluefin). Chris is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader who now wishes to help others succeed.

Geoff's success has been based on proven growth and productivity strategies which he has successfully applied to a number of independent and multinational businesses both as a management consultant and at board level in the general insurance industry. Geoff initially worked as a consultant for financial services industry specialists Resource Evaluation Ltd where he later became Managing Director. In 1996 he became Managing Director of Layton Blackham taking responsibility for both the general and financial services businesses. On the sale of Layton Blackham in 2007 Geoff also became Integration director of Venture Preference (later rebranded Bluefin)'.
