Victoria is ideally close to the best of London's Royal scenic attractions with great access to Westminster and Belgravia. The area has a selection of striking buildings both modern and period in style. Victoria Station also provides plenty of mainline services so is ideal for clients outside of London too.

Bloomsbury is historically an exclusive residential area - this means lots of town house style, character filled managed offices. Walking distance to Euston and with good links to the Central and Northern Lines. In my experience, Bloomsbury office space is particularly popular with businesses in creative industries.

There is certainly plenty to admire in Kensington from academic establishments, famous museums and the Royal Albert Hall. Kensington Palace also sits in the heart of the borough leading to its affluent status whilst amenities from transport links to hotels and dining are simply first class.

The regeneration of Aldgate Place is making this area more desirable and this will only increase demand in the coming years. Tech and Financial Companies find this location ideal for their office space and it's an area I recommend when speaking to clients in these industries.

The iconic Canary Wharf skyline is an integral part of London's landscape and it remains one of the most sought after locations for finance / trading companies. Modern skyscraper offices with professional fit outs suit the professional businesses that are based here.

It is a really good idea to consider Farringdon for your next serviced office space. It is still cheaper than neighbouring Old Street but the area has seen impressive developments emerge recently. Farringdon itself also has lots of history and vibrancy which is reflected in the serviced office décor.

Notting Hill is a very on-trend area famous for its creativity and beauty; attracting the media, particularly film and TV production companies as well as fashion firms. There is also a great social scene within Notting Hill with a range of stylish bars and restaurants sitting on Portobello road. However, Notting Hill is possibly most famous for its outstanding annual carnival. London's Little Italy! Clerkenwell has a charming village feel to it, beautiful architecture and traditional London Pubs. One of my favourite areas to recommend to my clients based in the education sector, they all seem to like it and find it suits their business image.

Camden is an Up and Coming area of London. Long associated with Fashion, this is the ideal location for cool, trendy businesses who are looking for spaces with amazing modern fit outs. Camden also offers easy access to the Northern Line. Waterloo is sadly a less vibrant area of London. However, it is home to one of the biggest stations in Central London with both Network Rail and Underground services making it an easily accessible location. Also, regeneration of the area is underway and plenty of brilliant new refurbishments have taken place in offices throughout Waterloo, most of which sit close to the station. St. Pauls is an area of spectacular history and architecture including the famous Cathedral itself. Being popular with tourists there are plenty of places to eat, drink and unwind. The variety of buildings as well as it being an easily accessible area via the Central line makes this an attractive setting to a range of businesses. This is Central London's most sought-after postcode, W1! A variety of prestigious businesses can be found here namely wealth based firms. Infamous hotels such as Claridges and The Ritz as well as Michelin star restaurants add to the desirability of offices in the area. Although Mayfair has plenty of transport links you may not want to use them as walking around here is so pleasing. Recent redevelopment has bought young creative companies to this area, generating an on trend place to work. Famous office buildings including the Shard and More London are included in the architecture of London Bridge which provides great views from the desk. Greenwich provides a great alternative to Canary Wharf with easy access to the business hub. In North Greenwich the Thames cable car crossing is a great way to travel, much more pleasant than the tube. Serviced offices in the area tend to have a more boutique style with strong customer service but are often full.

Victoria Mainline Station

Queen Victoria was the last British monarch from the House of Hanover and was the first to reside in Buckingham palace after ascending to the throne aged 18. She was such an iconic and well-loved figure due to her efforts in restoring the reputation of the monarchy and reconnecting the royals with the people of Britain. The protocols and traditions which she established during the first state opening of parliament in 1852 have been followed by every British monarch since and she set many trends in technology, arts and innovation. The Victoria area of London is hence very important to the history of Britain and the development of London as we know it today, a capital of creativity, business and democracy.
