Chris has been working in the Yorkshire property market for 15 years. He specialises in investment opportunities, residential and commercial, providing clients with disposal strategies designed to achieve the best possible sale price.
Edward is an experienced property auctioneer with over 15 years' property auction experience and considerable knowledge of the North West property market.
Edward joined Pugh & Co in September 2018 from SDL Auctions in Chester. He was also a Director at the Cheshire and North Wales franchise of the Auction House business, based at estate agent Humphreys in Chester, before its acquisition by SDL in 2016.
Paul has over 34 years' experience of the property industry including 14 years experience of running one of the countries most successful commercial and residential property auction houses as a Director, Auctioneer and formerly 100% shareholder.
Paul is a Chartered Surveyor and member of the National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA).
Will heads up the Partner Agent channel at Pugh's and has a strong background in business development and channel management.
Will joined Pugh's in 2019 to develop the partner agency offering and meets with residential and commercial agents to create and manage these partnerships. He is responsible for the overall success and direction of the partner agent channel at Pugh's and works closely with numerous departments at Pugh's to do so.
Before Will joined Pugh's, he worked as a Corporate Business Consultant as part of a senior business development team at IRIS Software, working with national corporates and public organisations.
