My background spans over 25 years experience of working within the voluntary and community sector, in particular the children's and women's sectors (see my Linkedin profile for a full cv). I am totally passionate about and committed to promoting equality, tackling poverty and promoting social inclusion. In September 2010, I finally took the plunge and fulfilled a long-term ambition of establishing McNamee Consulting… I can honestly say I have never looked back.
