- Deputy Patient Experience Manager
Abby joined the practice in April 2009. Abby is responsible for the efficient management of premises facilities management, including all aspects of Health and Safety, in addition to deputising for the Patient Experience Manager. Abby supports the Business in Quality Improvement, Confidentiality, Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and carries out other duties as directed by the management team.
Debbie joined the practice in July 2018. As a Business manager Debbie is responsible for coordinating all aspects of practice functionality, motivating and managing staff, optimising efficiency and financial performance, ensuring the practice achieves its long-term strategic objectives in a safe and effective working environment. Through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promoting Equality Diversity and Inclusion, Safe Health Environment and Fire, Quality & Continuous Improvement, Confidentiality, Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development and ensure the practice complies with CQC regulations.

- Clinical Effectiveness Manager & HR Support
Emma Joined the practice in 2005 and has held various roles. Emma is currently accountable for the efficient management of our associate clinical roles I.T, Finance/Business support, Secretary/Admin teams, ensuring all duties are performed effectively and to the required standard. Emma also manages clinical interfaces ensuring robust systems are in place by monitoring effectiveness, supporting the Business in all areas of Quality Improvement, Confidentiality, Collaborative Working, Service Delivery, Learning and Development as well as carrying out other duties as directed by the Business Manager.
Katie works alongside the management team to ensure all projects and aspects of Information Technology runs smoothly.
