Richard Broderick was apprentice of the year during his training which included a 2 year HNC in Building Studies, and culminating in his being chosen to project manage the first half of the improvements to the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford. Richard left E.W. Beard after 11 years and spent one year looking after his new born daughter full time. He has now been successfully trading for 4 years in Oxford and the surrounding area and leaving a trail of happy customers.
