He has a consolidated expertise in corporate finance, with a focus on debt restructuring, financing/refinancing, and M&A processes. He also performs temporary management activities with a particular focus on treasury management, administration and control, including situations of financial stress.
He has a consolidated expertise across multiple sectors: furniture, food, retail, real estate, electromechanics and automotive.
Prior to Fingiaco, he gained a strong experience in a corporate finance boutique, specialising in financial and operational turnarounds, M&A and performance improvement, as well as in finance and control at companies in the furniture and GDO sectors.
He holds a Double Degree with honours in Business Administration and an Executive MBA at Bologna Business School (BBS).

Andrea has over 50 years of experience, specialising in asset management, real estate financing and strategic consulting with a focus on high-profile international investors.
He has consolidated an extensive expertise, also abroad, holding management roles for important companies such as Tristan Capital Partners (Senior Director), Henderson Global Investors SGR SpA (now Kryalos SGRSpA - Chairman, Non-Executive Director), AEW Italia (Founder and Partner), BNL Fondi Immobiliari SGR, now BNP Paribas Reim SGR (Director and Vice President), Sotheby's (Managing Director of Italian operations).
He also worked in Paris at Banque Sudameris in the foreign department dedicated to international syndicated loans.
Andrea is also the founder of the Milan Modern and Contemporary Art Fair.
Chiara joined Real Consultant, now Ways Advisory, in 2022.
She has over 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, in consulting, valuation and asset management. Additionally, she deals with budget and business plan drafting.
In her professional career, she has a consolidated expertise in several asset classes, including logistics, office and greenfield developments.
Prior to Real Consultant, she gained a strong experience as Fund Manager at Namira SGR and as Fund Analyst at Colliers Global Investors SGR.
She holds a degree in International Real Estate Investment and Finance at Nottingham Trent University.
Daniele joined Fingiaco, now Ways Advisory, in 2022.
He gained a consolidated expertise in debt restructuring and bad debt management, also dealing with business planning, business valuations, operational efficiency, and financing.
He began his career in 2012 in the administration area, finance, and control; he began his career working at BDO's Corporate Finance team and KPMG's Debt Advisory team.
Prior to Fingiaco, he gained a strong experience in Prelios in the management of UTP Top&Large Files.
He holds a degree with honours, specialising in Economics&Finance and Business Administration at Ca' Foscari University in Venice.
Dario joined Real Consultant, now Ways Advisory, in 2021.
He has 4 years of experience in the real estate industry dealing with real estate portfolio valuations and advisory for institutional investors. He also carries out asset management activities and prepares real estate business plans for investment/disinvestment transactions, developing diversified skills in many asset classes.
Prior to Real Consultant, he gained experience in K2Real Srl, dealing with valuations and advisory.
He holds a bachelor's degree in architecture and Building Production and a master's degree in management of Built Environment at Politecnico di Milano
Davide joined Ways Advisory in 2023.
He has a consolidated expertise in real estate development, achieved by working with major groups such as Prelios, Investitori Associati and CMB. He took part in major projects such as the development of the Rinascente in Rome in Via del Tritone.
Prior to Ways Advisory, he worked at Sorgente Group in real estate fund management and then as Property Manager at a leading multinational in the logistics sector.
He holds a degree in Business Economics.

Enrico has more than 20 years of experience in both management and Advisory.
For what concerns managerial experiences, he has been managing director for several investment holding companies in the real estate and energy sectors for major private investors.
For what concerns Advisory, Enrico first gained experience in management consulting working at Praxis Management (Lugano, Milan) and assisting important industrial groups (Versace, Fater, A.C. Milan), then he founded Fingiaco, thanks to which he consolidated his expertise starting from the real estate sector, then ranging over different sectors and realities of the Italian landscape.
Enrico started his career in TV rights trading for the Bertelsmann Ag group (Genoa, Milan, Hamburg).
Fabrizio joined Ways Advisory in 2023. He gained expertise as a member of KPMG's Transaction Services team in Milan, specializing in financial due diligence (both sell-side and buy-side) in mid-market M&A transactions. Prior to joining KPMG, he completed an internship at Sella SGR in the Multi-Asset team. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's degree in Accounting, Financial Management and Control at Bocconi University in Milan.
Gabriele joined Ways Advisory in 2023.
He gained expertise in financial due diligence (both sell-side and buy-side) in mid-market M&A transaction working both at KPMG Transaction Services in Milan and at PWC in Bologna.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bologna and a Master's degree in Accounting, Auditing and Control from Bocconi University in Milan.
Gaia joined Real Consultant, now Ways Advisory, in 2021.
She started her career working in the hotel industry, focusing on customer receptions services. Now she covers the role of Administration, Finance and Control, also carrying out back-office activities.
She holds a diploma as Tourism Expert at the ITT Artemisia Gentileschi in Milan anda EQF Diploma level 5 for the management of tourist accommodation facilities at the ITS Innovaprofessioni Foundation in Milan.
Giacomo joined Real Consultant, now Ways Advisory, in 2022.
Prior to Real Consultant, he worked at the architectural firm Enzo Eusebi + Partners and at the technical firm Eliob Group, participating in the implementation of a project for the Marche region.
He holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture Construction Conservation from the IUAV University of Venice and a master's degree in Management of Built Environment- Management of the Built Environment from the Milan Polytechnic.
Gianluca joined Ways Advisory in 2023.
He has over 6 years of experience, gained in the restructuring team of KPMG Advisory, with focus on debt advisory and debt restructuring, also dealing with strategic business plan and budgeting drafting with an accurate focus on cash flow monitoring and Working Capital optimisation. He has consolidated experience in many industries, including consumer goods, food & beverage, automotive and pharma.

She has over 20 years of experience in administrative work in both Latvian and Italian companies. She is an administrative manager, and she is responsible for organisation, supervision of administrative, accounting, and human resources services, coordinating the various stages of relations with various internal and external stakeholders.
Prior to Real Consultant, she oversaw the administrative and financial management of a company, operating in the fashion/luxury sector for more than 3 years.

Marco joined Fingiaco, now Ways Advisory, in 2015.
He has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance, working in Italy and Spain, with a focus on extraordinary transactions, in financial restructuring, M&A, distressed transactions and financing.
He gained a cross-sector experience, with a consolidated expertise in real estate. He mainly deals with the coordination of professionals involved in extraordinary transactions, analysis and drafting of business plans, as well as management control.
Prior to Fingiaco, he worked at Studio Bonamini & Partners and Business Support S.p.A., both focusing on financial restructuring projects.
He holds an Executive MBA from San Telmo Business School (Seville), a Diploma in Corporate Governance, as well as M.Sc. Double Degree in Economics and Business Management at the University of Pavia and Seville.

She worked for over 3 years in Investment Banking at Citigroup in Milan and London and in corporate banking at Unicredit in Shanghai.

Matteo joined Ways Advisory in 2024. He gained 2 years of experience in KPMG's Transaction Services team in Milan, specializing in financial due diligence (both buy-side and sell-side) in the context of M&A transactions.

Mattia has more than 25 years of experience in the world of Real Estate, consolidating his expertise both in management and in Advisory.
During his 25-year career, Mattia has been Investment Director for Premfico SA (Belgian investment company), Asset Manager for AEW Italia SPA (actively participating in the establishment and initial management of the Patrimonio Uno fund - the second public contribution fund set up by the MEF, the Italian Ministry for Economics and Finance), Senior Valuer for CBRE Professional Services, Valuer for REAG Spa (today Kroll) and Business Process Re-engineer for Gruppo Nazca (today BNP Paribas RE Property Management Italy). He started his career, during his studies, as a broker up to the role of franchisee, in Tecnocasa.
Mattia is a professional specialized in the management of complex real estate processes such as transactions, setting up real estate funds and coordinating teams. He also deals with planning and control (asset management, investment management), feasibility studies and real estate loan structuring.
Michelangelo joined Real Consultant, now Ways Advisory, in 2019.
He oversees the Valuation area, having gained a consolidated expertise of more than 5 years on all asset classes and dealing with the valuation of real estate funds, single name, and distressed portfolios.
Prior to Real Consultant, he worked for about 2 years at Celtic Italy for opportunistic and value-add institutional clients.
He holds a master's degree in Civil Engineering at the Politecnico of Bari, and a licence to practice as an engineer.
Nicola joined Fingiaco, now Ways Advisory, in 2019.
He has over 10 years of experience, gained in companies such as Mazars S.p.A. and BDO Italia S.p.A. He has a consolidated expertise in corporate finance services, with a focus on restructuring, financing/refinancing, valuation, business planning, IPO's and M&A.
He has diversified skills and experience, primarily in the real estate, retail, automotive and hospitality industries.

Raffaele joined Fingiaco, now Ways Advisory, in 2010.
He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on real estate development through feasibility studies, project management, business plan drafting, project management and project control.
He gained a consolidated expertise taking part to important development operations of logistics centres, building refurbishments in the field of accredited private healthcare, commercial poles, and urban residential subdivisions.
He oversees several photovoltaic parks in Southern Italy on behalf of major Italian entrepreneurial families.
Before starting his career at Fingiaco, he worked for more than five years in an architectural firm, specialising in urban planning and large shopping centre developments.
He began his career as an electrical designer, and he obtained a degree in electrical engineering from the Alma Mater University of Bologna.
Rossella joined Ways Advisory in 2023.
Previously, she worked for almost 2 years in Ernst & Young's Audit team and in Financial Management area at KPMG Advisory, mainly dealing with retail industry.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business economics and a MSc in Economics and Management from University of Bologna.
Tommaso joined Real Consultant, now Ways Advisory, in 2022.
He consolidated his expertise in the Real Estate industry, with a special focus on investment, advisory and commercial transactions. Today he is mainly involved in analysing investment transactions proposed by the market up to the drafting of a financial business plan.
Prior to Real Consultant, he joined Relstay in Milan as Asset Acquisition intern and at Sanixair as Business Development intern.
