Angharad graduated from the University of Wales Aberystwyth with an LLB in Law in 2003 and then attended Cardiff University where she completed the Legal Practice Course in 2004.
Angharad moved to London to undertake a training contract in a boutique firm in Hatton Garden which specialised in insolvency and civil litigation and where I had the opportunity to conduct my own advocacy at the Royal Courts of Justice in hundreds of bankruptcy matters. I qualified as a solicitor in December 2006.
In 2009, Angharad moved to the Kent office of an international law firm, where she specialised in contentious debt recovery and asset finance, acting for well known financial institutions as well as government agencies and local authorities. She has a thorough knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, enjoys conducting legal research and always strive to get the best result for he clients either through litigation, or preferably negotiation.
Her main hobby is singing and song writing and she has had a few songs released in the welsh language. Angharad also enjoys country walks, cooking for friends and the odd weekend back home in Wales when she gets the chance.

Armine Movsisyan started her training in 2014 in General Commercial and Corporate Law.

Mr. Dessain is a solicitor in the Insolvency and Civil litigation team at Moon Beever, the London office of ShawnCoulson. His practice involves both personal and corporate insolvency. He has experience of contentious litigation including world-wide freezing injunctions; search and seizures; without notice provisional liquidations; unfair prejudice petitions; and company restorations.
Mr. Putzeys started his career at NautaDutilh in Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Coppens, Horsmans & Malherbe in Brussels (Belgium). He also used to work in Montreal (Canada) at OgilvyRenault (currently Norton Rose). Parallel to the Bar, Didier Putzeys used to teach at the U.C.L Law School as well at H.E.C. He is currently Professor at the Brussels Bar School.
He became a partner in 1994 with De Caluwé & Horsmans and Managing Partner of Putzeys & Godhaird in 1999. Didier Putzeys was instrumental in the formation of Putzeys branch office of ShawnCoulson and better known in Europe as Putzeys ShawnCoulson Alliance.
Mr. Putzeys has extensive experience in general business law and litigation, as well as distribution and competition law. He is also a regular speaker and writer on distribution and competition law. He also assists clients in Canada.

Ms. Coulson is a founding partner of ShawnCoulson International Lawyers, heading the London office Moon Beever. Ms. Coulson gained her LLB (Hons) at Kings' College, London University in 1983. She then attended Chester College of Law. She has been at Moon Beever where she trained, since 1984, qualifying in 1986, and a partner since 1988, becoming Managing Partner in 2000 and Senior Partner in 2014.

Laurence graduated in law from the Université Catholique de Louvain in 2011. In 2012, she obtained a special degree in European law at the Ghent University. She has been admitted to the Brussels Bar the same year.

Sarah joined Moon Beever in March 2013, from Payne Hicks Beach where she was a Partner in the Employment Group. Prior to Payne Hicks Beach she was variously a Partner in Dawsons and Head of Employment at Forsters. Sarah returned to private practice in 2005, having been in house at ICAP for 5 years. In 2009 she was nominated for Associate of the Year by Legal Week.
Sarah practices in Employment and Partnership Law. Her clients include charities, PLCs and private individuals. On the contentious side, work has included, restrictive covenant injunctions, bonus disputes and high value discrimination claims as well as day to day tribunal matters. On the non- contentious side she gives practical commercial advice on a full range of employment law matters including restructuring and redundancies, both to her own clients and to other law firms where there is no employment law capability. Sarah also advises on TUPE in the context of corporate and commercial property transactions. Sarah has acted both for and against professional partnerships and LLPs in relation to partner and member exits and disputes.
In her spare time, Sarah supports Barnet FC and watches Sunday league football.
Steven studied law at the University of the West of England, Bristol and completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford. He trained at a niche city firm specialising in commercial litigation and was admitted as a solicitor in 2005. He joined Moon Beever in 2012.
Steven has over 12 years experience in commercial litigation, insolvency and debt recovery. He specialises in utilities work but also undertakes a wide variety of litigation.
In his spare time he enjoys music, theatre and travel.

Mr. Shawn has tried over 100 bench and jury trials and arbitrations involving partnership, legal ethics, intellectual property, antitrust, banking, regulatory, and tax issues in Federal and state courts and administrative agencies. He has litigated hundreds of procedural and dispositive motions throughout the courts, and argued approximately 25 appeals before Federal and state appellate courts. Mr. Shawn also represents and counsels clients in national and international mergers and acquisitions, licensing, franchising, LBO's, joint ventures, financings, and similar commercial transactions. He is also co-inventor of Method and Apparatus for Securing The Privacy of a Computer Network, Patent No. 9,621,539.
