Angharad graduated from the University of Wales Aberystwyth with an LLB in Law in 2003 and then attended Cardiff University where she completed the Legal Practice Course in 2004. Angharad moved to London to undertake a training contract in a boutique firm in Hatton Garden which specialised in insolvency and civil litigation and where I had the opportunity to conduct my own advocacy at the Royal Courts of Justice in hundreds of bankruptcy matters. I qualified as a solicitor in December 2006. In 2009, Angharad moved to the Kent office of an international law firm, where she specialised in contentious debt recovery and asset finance, acting for well known financial institutions as well as government agencies and local authorities. She has a thorough knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules, enjoys conducting legal research and always strive to get the best result for he clients either through litigation, or preferably negotiation. Her main hobby is singing and song writing and she has had a few songs released in the welsh language. Sarah joined Moon Beever in March 2013, from Payne Hicks Beach where she was a Partner in the Employment Group. Prior to Payne Hicks Beach she was variously a Partner in Dawsons and Head of Employment at Forsters. Sarah returned to private practice in 2005, having been in house at ICAP for 5 years. In 2009 she was nominated for Associate of the Year by Legal Week. Sarah practices in Employment and Partnership Law. Her clients include charities, PLCs and private individuals. On the contentious side, work has included, restrictive covenant injunctions, bonus disputes and high value discrimination claims as well as day to day tribunal matters. On the non- contentious side she gives practical commercial advice on a full range of employment law matters including restructuring and redundancies, both to her own clients and to other law firms where there is no employment law capability. Sarah also advises on TUPE in the context of corporate and commercial property transactions.
