Dave joined us in September 2017 to take on the role that Bob has been undertaking for the past 10 years. Which is the Boat Yard Admin role, making sure all the workshop jobs are being accounted for, taking workshop jobs in and communicating with customers.

Ed is our Boat Yard Manager and has been boating for over 40 years. Starting as an apprentice at South Pier Shipyard back in 1985, Ed has not moved very far from South Pier ever since. Apart from a brief stint of self employment. Ed has been in charge of the Boat Yard since 2008 when Bob & Nick took on South Pier Marine. Ed moved with Bob and Nick from Compass Marine, which Ed started back in 2000. Ed specialises in Shipwright work when he can escape from the office and organising a very busy workforce.
Having been an after sales technician for the local Jeanneau dealership in the early 2000's. Euros went away to the Caribbean to skipper a large sailing catamaran. After many enjoyable years Euros returned with his wife to Jersey & we were delighted to welcome Euros onboard with us back in 2012. Euros transformed the way our new Beneteau clients were looked after. Going from having very little support, to having someone at the end of the phone was a game changer for South Pier. It quickly meant any teething problems on new boats were dealt with the same day, or as soon as we had parts from Beneteau's excellent support network. We believe it is to Euros's credit that many customers return several times over for new boats.
Euros has expanded his knowledge, not only at the Beneteau factory, but also with Raymarine electronics.
Mark joined Bob & Nick in 2008 when he took over as the Chandlery Manager. Marks attention to detail on our stock holding is 1st class. Making sure we have the latest products on the shelf, plus plenty of the core boat care products. If we have not got it, Mark will order it for you, either as a special order, or on our next stock order.

Paul is Jersey born, and enjoyed time in the Jersey Sea Cadets from the age of 10. He was always looking for a way to get into the marine industry when he left school and was lucky
enough to be offered a tour around South Pier Shipyard (now South Pier Marine) in 1995 and was offered his dream job!
Since then Paul gathered a broad range of skills all of which have given him his reputation for exceptional customer experience, from the ground up: washing, polishing, fault finding, installations and customer handovers, and eventually gaining valuable ‘sales, and all things related' experience.

Honda Marine trained engineer & outboard engineer Phil joined the team in 2010. Phil can turn his hand to most things mechanical. in December 2013, South Pier Marine took on Honda Marine in Jersey. Phil was already trained as a Honda Marine engineer and there's no-one more experienced

Pierre first made an appearance at a Jersey boat show about 8 years ago. He bounced onto the stand telling us all about the models we had on show. A great start in our book. He asked for a Saturday job in the shop when he was 15. This lead on to moving into the boat yard when he was 18. Pierre is now an integral part of the boat yard team.
Sue is originally from Edinburgh, moving to Jersey when she was 13, and is a rare breed - a true self-starter.
Her talents and career range from accounts through to starting new product lines, operational management, HR and ‘herding cats'! In 2014 she decided to turn her hand to the marine industry, and hasn't looked back since.
Yacht Broker - Will joined South Pier in June 2021. For Will "Being a yacht broker, you need to understand the quality you clients are expecting. With a passion for the sea the service I offer is not a job to me but a lifestyle".
