As CEO - Americas for Sitel Group®, Brian Johnson joined in 2022 to lead the continued transformation and growth of the organization serving the Americas market, spanning both North America (United States and Canada) and Latin America (Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Mexico, Nicaragua and Panama). With extensive industry experience, Brian brings a history of consistently demonstrated high-value, digital and transformation services for both client brands and their customers. In his role, Brian is responsible for the strategic direction and delivery of the Americas business, including the continued development of client relationships, operational performance, and employee experience. Prior to joining Sitel Group, Brian served for six years as Regional CEO for the largest division of the largest publicly traded BPO. Like many in the industry, Brian started his career directly serving customers. Since then, he has grown in the industry as a leader supporting IT and Technology, opening and supporting several sites across the United States. From there, Brian expanded into senior leadership roles in Operations and Account Management before his senior executive role. His CX experience is truly global - for many years, Brian lived and worked in Argentina and the Philippines, where he served as Country Head.

Leveraging deep contact center data, Cris's team gets under the hood of customer experience (CX) programs to better understand client challenges, successes and areas for growth opportunity. Servicing clients around the world and in multiple industries, Cris's 12+ years of CX experience in workforce management and analytics has equipped him with the skills and industry know-how to take unstructured data and transform it into digestible and actionable campaigns to improve business results.

David Slaviero is Chief Technology Officer at Sitel Group. He joined Groupe Acticall in 2001 and has been head of the Information Systems department since 2004. In this role, he leads and oversees the IT teams, project management, consulting, information system maintenance and evolution. David holds a degree in Engineering from Telecom Paris (ENST) and began his career at Capgemini. David is based out of the group's global HQ in Miami.

Elisabeth Destailleur is the Chief Finance Officer at Sitel Group where she leads the financial strategy for the company. Prior to the acquisition of Sitel Group, Elisabeth served as CFO of Groupe Acticall. Her responsibilities included accounting, tax, financial reporting, cash management, legal and corporate services. Elisabeth began her career as a financial auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Throughout her career, she has served as CFO for various service providers in telecom, internet development and software publishing. Elisabeth is a graduate of ESC Bordeaux Business School in France. She is based out of the group's global HQ in Miami.

Prior to Donnelley, he served as SVP - IT at Trustwave, a cybersecurity and managed security services company. Jason has also held IT leadership positions at large enterprises including GMAC-RFC, Tribune Company, AT&T Solutions and ADP.
