I've always loved art and all things creative, and in the earlier years when my sons were young, I designed my first soft toys, tried my hand at calligraphy and took up cross stitch... So, it's only been in the last ten years or so, since the boys spread their wings and I found myself with time on my hands, that I have been able to indulge my love of crafts and dabble in silk painting, Chinese art, patchwork, and life drawing, to name but a few.
