Jessica Scott BA Hons DipNT CNM mBant Having been a life-long lover of all things edible and the enjoyment food can bring I think it is fair to say my love of food came way before my love of nutrition! This means I constantly aim to make food as delicious as possible and will never sacrifice on taste or flavour. Having always been a keen cook I was lucky enough to spend 3 months at the world renowned Ballymaloe cookery school which is located on an organic farm by the coast in southern Ireland, here I was able to learn some wonderful cooking skills and see the food in its natural habitat miles away from anything processed, packaged or genetically modified. From this I embarked on a career as a private chef and caterer which took me to various corners of Europe and the Uk. I have since studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine and have qualified as a Nutritional Therapist, I am registered with professional body BANT. Studying Nutritional therapy opened my eyes to a whole new way..
