YOGA WITH JACKIE

The new Spring Term starts on Monday 8th January, with the Friday morning class starting on 5th January. I have increased the costs by £1 each lesson as my hall hire has increased in the region of 30% in some cases. We pride ourselves in being able to offer good quality Yoga to local people at what amounts to £13 per 1 ½ hr class when paid in advance. Drop in by arrangement remains at £15... If you are reading this and have any questions about the Yoga we offer... The Yoga is Hatha - Scaravelli Inspired - and is taught to a high standard, as a structured course of lessons, which follows the school term. At the end of each course, the student will have gained knowledge of certain Yoga postures (Asanas), but more importantly there may have been changes in their body. Back, knee, shoulder pain may be eased or gone completely. This is often accompanied by a reduction in stress levels and a sense of being able to stand back, survey and cope with stressful situations.
