Alpar Kamber is the Head of Procurement Services. He was the Founder and CEO of Denali Sourcing Services (now a part of WNS), a next-generation procurement services provider that enabled procurement organizations to influence more spend, and execute more effectively and efficiently. Prior to Denali, Alpar held management positions at Ariba, FreeMarkets, Diamond Technology Partners and E&Y.

Archana Raghuram leads Marketing, Employee Communications and Public Relations. She is responsible for driving WNS' end-to-end marketing strategy, sales enablement and brand management. Prior to WNS, Archana has worked with Oracle, and was a media journalist with leading Indian and international publications.

Chris is the Business Unit Head for Energy & Utilities vertical at WNS. Having begun his career as an Electrical Engineer, he has over two decades of experience across multiple areas in the Utility sector, including network planning and operations, waste to energy PFI projects and customer service operations. Prior to WNS, Chris worked for Scottish Power, United Utilities, Vertex, and Mphasis, and was instrumental in developing the first multi-utility installation in the UK.

David Mackey is the Head of Investor Relations. He supports the company's efforts across business strategy, capital markets and corporate finance. David has over 25 years of experience in the offshore services industry, with expertise in strategic planning, P&L management, financial analysis, operations, business development, investor relations and equity capital markets. Prior to WNS, David held senior-level finance positions with Syntel and Unisys.
Deepak Gupta is responsible for executing business strategy, and driving the overall growth and performance of key business units including Travel, Shipping & Logistics, Utilities, Diversified Business, Manufacturing, Retail, Consumer Packaged Goods and Telecom. He is also the Global Capability and Practice Leader for Customer Interaction Services and manages the WNS South Africa business. Deepak is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council' and has held several leadership positions within WNS. Prior to WNS, he was with IBM Daksh. Deepak comes with a strong expertise in Travel and Tourism, and has a degree in hospitality management.

Gauri Puri leads the business for Life Science projects within the Healthcare business unit of WNS. She has decades of experience in industries including, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and Healthcare across domains such as HR, training and operations. Prior to WNS, Gauri worked with Genpact, and was also a practicing dental surgeon for several years at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS).
Gautam Barai is the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for entire gamut of Operations, Client Relations, Technology and Capability creation across the organization. He began his tenure at WNS leading operations for the AVIVA business in 2009, and was instrumental in growing the Insurance practice at WNS before becoming the Business Unit Leader for Banking & Financial Services, Insurance and Healthcare. He most recently held the post of Chief Business Officer at WNS. He is also a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council'. Prior to joining WNS, Gautam was Senior Vice President - Business Executive Operations at Bank of America. Prior to Bank of America, he served as SVP & Head of BPO at Countrywide Financial Corporation leading a team of more than 5,000 employees. At Countrywide, he was instrumental in setting up and managing BPO operations in both India and Costa Rica. He holds MBAs from Columbia University and London Business School.
Gopi Krishnan has decades of experience as in-house counsel, primarily in the IT industry. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' Gopi provides legal and regulatory advice to the Board of Directors and senior management, oversees the company's customer and vendor contracts, dispute resolution, mergers & acquisitions, and areas around employment law. He has held several leadership positions in Infosys, IBM and corporate law firms. He is an alumnus of the National Law School of India University.

Keshav Murugesh serves as Group Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of WNS. Based in Mumbai, Keshav is responsible for executing the business strategy, and directing the overall performance and growth of the organization. He is a member of The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) CEO Council and has been the Chairman of Nasscom* for 2019-2020. He was also the Chairman of the Nasscom Consumer Interest Protection Task Force. Keshav is a Member on the Board of WNS Cares Foundation that focuses on community-related projects, especially education for lesser-privileged children in WNS locations globally. Prior to WNS, he has held several leadership positions in global companies, including President and CEO, Syntel Inc. and ITC Ltd. (an affiliate of BAT Plc). Keshav is a social evangelist, who introduced the first-ever Cyber Crime educational series for the Mumbai Police through WNS and Nasscom. He was the founder Chairman of Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) India, now known as Enactus, a global organization involved in educational outreach projects in partnership with businesses. He is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a recipient of the prestigious Chartered Accountants Business Achiever award, 2013. He has been honored as an 'Outstanding CEO' at the Asia Pacific Entrepreneurship Awards, 2015. Keshav R. Murugesh was appointed as our Group Chief Executive Officer and director in February 2010. Mr. Murugesh is based out of Mumbai. Prior to joining WNS, Mr. Murugesh was the Chief Executive Officer of Syntel Inc., a Nasdaq-listed information technology company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Prior to Syntel, he worked in various capacities with ITC Limited, an affiliate of BAT Plc. between 1989 and 2002. Keshav is also the Past Chairman of NASSCOM* (2019-2020) and a member of The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) CEO Council. Presently, he is an Executive Council member of the National Association of Software and Service Companies ("NASSCOM"). Previously, he held the position of Chairman and a Director at the Data Security Council of India, a not-for-profit, industry body on data protection in India set up by NASSCOM (from 2019 to 2020) and Vice-Chairman of the Executive Council of NASSCOM. He was the Chairman of the Audit Committee of NASSCOM (from 2017 to 2018) of which he stepped off on being elected Vice Chairman and the Honorary Chairman of The Confederation of Indian Industry - Western India's Education Committee (from 2017 to 2018). Krishnan Raghunathan is the Head of Finance & Accounting (F&A) practice and operations at WNS. He has decades of experience across F&A, BPM, Sales Solutions and Capability functions. Prior to WNS, Krishnan held several key roles at Genpact. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Lan Tu was appointed to the WNS Board in February 2022 and serves on our Compensation and NCG Committees. She serves as Vice-Chair on the Board of King's College London and is a member of its Remuneration, Audit and Risk Committees as well. Lan brings more than 30 years of diverse business experience to WNS, especially in strategic growth and financial services. Most recently, she served as the first CEO of Virgin Money Investments and as a Non-Executive Director at Arrow Global Group plc. Lan's prior experience includes serving as the Chief Strategy Officer at abrdn plc. She spent 12 years at American Express in a variety of roles, including leading the Emerging Payments and Services for EMEA, as well as the Merchant Business in the UK and Nordics. She began her career at McKinsey & Company in its London office. Lan holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School and a Joint Honors BSc. degree from King's College London.

Mr. Gareth Williams was appointed to the WNS Board in January 2014. Presently, Mr. Williams serves as a member of the Board of Trustees of Cicely Saunders International a charity that funds research and education on Palliative care. He also serves as an independent director of SAGA plc. He served as a Chairman and member of the Board of YSC until November 2017. Prior to his appointment to WNS Board, he was Director, Human Resources at Diageo plc and also served as the advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Diageo plc, one of the world's leading premium drink companies and was also the Head of Human Resources at Diageo from January 1999. He held a series of key positions in HR at Grand Metropolitan, plc in North America and the UK from 1984 to 1998, leading up to the merger with Guinness that formed Diageo. Before joining Grand Metropolitan, he spent 10 years with Ford of Britain in a number of HR roles. Mr. Williams graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Warwick University.

Mr. John Freeland was appointed to the WNS Board in September 2014. Currently, Mr. Freeland is the Chairman and Co-founder of Surface Architectural Supply Inc, Chairman and founder of JF Manufacturing LLC and he is the founder of JF Fitness of North America. He is on the Board of Scout Logic, Inc. He brings over 35 years of experience to WNS, most recently as President and CEO of Information Resources, Inc. (IRI), a leading global provider of information, insights and decision solutions. In his previous roles, he was President - Worldwide Operations for salesforce.com and a Managing Partner at Accenture in the areas of global Insurance and global Customer Relationship Management. During his 26-year career at Accenture, he was also appointed a member of Accenture's executive committee. Mr. Freeland has a B.A. degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia University.
Mr. Keith Haviland was appointed to the WNS Board and Audit Committee in July 2017. Currently, Mr. Haviland is a film producer and the founder of Haviland Digital Limited, a company dedicated to creating intelligent film, television and digital media. He also serves on the board of Mission Control Productions Limited, Mirabilis Technology Services Limited, Caravan Media Limited, Haviland Digital Co-Productions Limited, 35 Yard Development Limited and Tin Goose Films Ltd. He has 35 years of global technology and business experience including strategic vision, executive leadership, operational execution and C-suite relationships. He spent 23 years with Accenture where he was a founder of their offshore business model and global delivery network for their Technology Services. He finished his tenure at Accenture in 2013 as Senior Managing Director of Technology Services and a member of their Global Leadership Council. Mr. Haviland received a Master of Arts degree from Gonville and Caius College, Cambridge University in Mathematics and Management Science and is Fellow of the British Computer Society, a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists.

Mr. Mario P. Vitale was appointed to the WNS Board and Audit Committee in October 2017. Currently, Mr. Vitale serves as the CEO of Vitality Risk, LLC .He is also serving as a President of Arceo, a startup of a Cyber Insurance Platform to Insurance Companies, a member of the advisory board of Kalepa Insurance, the Director on the Board of Broad Street Partners, an insurance brokerage Services Company and the Director of Growth source Academy, a non-profit organization. He also serves as the Trustee of St John's University College of Insurance. He has over 40 years of experience in the insurance industry. Most recently, he was the CEO of Aspen Insurance, a leading specialty insurer. In his previous roles, he has been the CEO of Zurich Insurance Group's Global Corporate business in North America and the CEO of Willis Towers Watson and also the Chairman of the Board at Blue Marble, a micro-insurance company.
Mr. Michael Menezes was appointed to the WNS Board in January 2014. He is also the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Board. Mr. Menezes presently serves as the advisor to Fairfax India and also as an Executive-in-Residence to the MBA students at Ryerson University in Toronto on a voluntary basis. He is the President of Acumentor Inc. a sole proprietary business engaged in providing consulting and other services. Most recently, he was the special advisor to the Continental Bank of Canada. He was also CFO, Technology, Operations and Corporate Group at Bank of Montreal from 2000 to 2012. Mr. Menezes has over two decades of global exposure, both as CEO and CFO in the Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Agri-business sectors. In his previous stints, he has been the CFO for ONIC (Holding), CEO of ITC Agro Tech Ltd., India, apart from holding various senior finance roles at ITC Ltd. in India. Mr. Menezes received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from University of Delhi, India, a Master's degree in Economics from London School of Economics, UK and qualified as a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Ms. Francoise Gri was appointed to the WNS Board in May 2015.She is a chairperson of INSEECU and is a member of the Board of Directors at Credit Agricole, Credit Agricole Investment Banking and Edenred. Ms. Gri brings over 30 years of international business experience to WNS, most recently as CEO of Pierre & Vacances-Center Parcs Group, the European leader in local tourism. In her previous roles, she was Executive Vice President - France, and then for all of Southern Europe, at Manpower, Inc., a world leader in workforce solutions who she joined in 2007. During her 26-year career at IBM, she served in the role of President and Country GM for IBM France. She has been on Fortune's global list of the "50 Most Powerful Women in Business" since 2007. Ms. Gri is a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from Ecole Nationale Superieure d'Informatique et Mathematiques Appliquees ENSIMAG) in Grenoble, France.

Nimesh Akhauri spearheads the organization's efforts to tap into new growth avenues across Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific. He is responsible for overseeing the Sales, Strategy and Advisor Relations functions in each of these key markets. In addition he also leads all the international delivery locations. Nimesh's forte lies in transforming, managing and growing businesses across various geographies and industry segments. He will drive robust revenue growth, manage high-performance teams and continue to develop successful, long-standing client relationships in these geos. Prior to joining WNS, Nimesh was with Capgemini, U.K. as a part of the leadership team. He has also held leadership roles in Syntel and ITC, an affiliate of BAT Plc. In the early days of his career, Nimesh spent close to a decade in the U.S. working for top-notch consulting organizations.
Pervez Workingboxwalla is responsible for enterprise risk management, business continuity management, information security and data privacy, operational risk management, Sarbanes Oxley compliance and group internal audit. He has been with WNS for more than a decade, and prior to this, he was with Andersen Consulting. Pervez is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Pieter Du Preez leads WNS South Africa after serving as Corporate SVP. He is currently responsible for leading the entire South African operation, which comprises five revenue-generating divisions in seven sites across the country.
R. Swaminathan (Swami) is responsible for the entire gamut of people-oriented operations. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' Prior to WNS, Swami has held leadership positions at CA Technologies, he was the Head of HR at Syntel and has helmed diverse roles at GE spanning operations and sales. He is a change management coach and a keen practitioner of six sigma. Swami has a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Madras.

Sanjay Jain supports the organization and clients in large and transformative deals. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council,' and assists with the development and positioning of new capabilities and technologies. Prior to WNS, Sanjay was the founding partner of several technology start-ups. Sanjay holds an engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Delhi University.
Sanjay Puria is the Chief Financial Officer, and leads the Global Finance and Information Technology functions. He is a member of the 'WNS Executive Management Council.' A large part of Sanjay's experience has been in the offshore services industry. Sanjay has held several leadership positions within WNS in the finance function. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Suhrid Brahma leads the WNS Technology Services and Internal Systems Development teams. He works closely with the business unit leaders in creating and delivering technology-driven solutions. He has decades of experience in the IT industry in various roles, including consulting. Prior to WNS, Suhrid worked with PwC, GE / Genpact, Deloitte and Wipro.

Tarun Tandon is responsible for the company's sales and growth strategy for the Asia-Pacific region. He comes with decades of experience in sales, delivery and operations across multiple industry verticals. He has extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing and IT Services. Prior to WNS, Tarun held multiple sales and management roles with TCS.
Timothy L Main was appointed to the WNS Board in June 2021, and he also serves on WNS' Compensation and NCG Committee.
In September 2021 he was appointed as the Non- Executive Chairman of the Board. He serves on the Board of Quest Diagnostics as Chair of the Cybersecurity Committee and a member of the Audit & Finance and Governance committees.
He is also on the Board of SCP & CO Healthcare Acquisition Co., where he serves as a member of the Audit & Finance Committee. He has spent his entire career in the B2B services or outsourcing environment, including more than 25 years at Jabil, a leading provider of manufacturing services with a global operational footprint. Most recently, he was the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of the Cyber Committee at Jabil Inc. During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Jabil, he led the company's transformation and growth to a USD 17+ billion, 100,000 employee organization through organic growth and strategic acquisitions. He comes with a rich experience and distinguished track record in international operations, corporate governance, vision and strategy, and technology-led growth.

Yogendra (Yogi) leads the company's efforts in developing and implementing new growth strategies in North and South America. While positioning WNS for continued growth, Yogi also oversees the Sales and Strategy function, and advisor relations in these markets. He is responsible for planning, designing and implementing processes to support business growth by defining customer segments and new markets. Yogi brings with him proven capability in service delivery, transition, operations re-engineering, client management, pre-sales and sales. Prior to joining WNS, Yogi was with EXL serving as head of sales for the insurance and healthcare verticals. He began his BPM career in 1999 with GE Capital and has managed operations for GE Australia.
