Fiona Horne is a teacher, trainer and coach. With a background in Hospitality, she developed her training skills with the Hotel and Catering Industry Training Board, and was employed by the board as a training consultant.
Fiona then joined the field of Further Education, with over ten years as a tutor at Basingstoke College and the College of West Anglia. Culminating in two years as a Lecturer in Hospitality, Travel and Tourism at Peterborough Regional College.
Fiona has been an independent industry trainer since 2007. She is an NLP practitioner and a qualified business, career and life coach. Fiona's aim is to create a friendly and welcoming environment for the provision of professional and high quality training and ensures that our Trainers are all industry professionals and experts in their subject areas.
Richard Horne is an experienced leader and coach dedicated to developing people in both business and sport.
With a business background in household names such as Allied Bakeries, L'Oreal, Cow & Gate and Quaker, Richard developed his talent for improving performance of individuals and teams through leadership and coaching.
Understanding how people operate as individuals and within a team environment in the sporting arena, has also been a focus for Richard over many years of successful rugby coaching.
