DR. JAMES HAWKINS

Dr. James Hawkins specializes in both the treatment of psychological difficulties and in helping people enhance their health and wellbeing. James has worked as a medical doctor and also has extensive training in psychotherapy. He has lectured and run workshops both nationally and internationally. He stays very up to date with emerging research and produces a newsletter that goes out every couple of months or so to therapists around the world. This broad background of skills means that it is often possible to find ways to help even when a problem has proved resistant to previous attempts at therapy.

Janet Murray

Janet Murray is an inspirational and experienced certified executive coach, facilitator and trainer in the field of leadership and communication, drawing on over twenty years' experience in both the corporate world and as a successful entrepreneur. Her clients range from senior government, CEO's and Director level management to entrepreneurs and tech start-ups in a range of industries including high tech, telecommunications, legal, senior government, and clean-tech. Janet is known for her inspirational, focused and practical style and is highly driven to help clients to achieve the results that they desire. Working with clients in a confidential and safe environment, Janet has a highly empathic and intuitive approach to coaching which provides her with insights into her clients which allows her to challenge them in an encouraging and supportive way.

Jeanne Loehnis

KIRSTY MACGREGOR

Kirsty has been working in the field of personal and organizational development since her early twenties as an educator & facilitator; consulting, training, coaching and speaking. She is a certified leadership and communications executive coach with extensive experience in supporting clients ranging from board and senior management level to entrepreneurs and students. Alongside her rigorous academic and professional background, Kirsty brings presence and depths from decades of experience as a practitioner and instructor in mindfulness meditation, yoga and holistic personal development. In her earlier years she rode for Scotland and participated in many team sports, which provided personal insight into the potent role of sports in character development. Hundreds of clients have benefited from Kirsty's transformative blend of coaching, based on the latest research, with her natural warmth, empathy, intuitive ability and sense of humor. She believes ‘life is for living!'

MEGAN FRASER

Megan, BA (HONS), MA, Co-Active Coach, moved back to Scotland in 2017, after spending seven years in Vancouver, Canada. During that time, she played a key leadership role in a rapidly expanding consultancy which served SMEs across the country. Her work with 150+ decision makers and influencers, coupled with her experience in growing a small business, led to a keen interest in developing leaders and teams in smaller firms. Prior to this position she worked in higher education, and with a national non-profit that empowered female entrepreneurs. She trained as a coach with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), and is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and the emotional intelligence tool EQ-i 2.0. She is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and SME leaders to become more effective and emotionally intelligent. In her spare time, Megan has been a long-term volunteer at a Crisis Centre where she trained incoming volunteers in active listening, empathy and crisis de-escalation. She speaks three languages, loves cross-cultural travel, and has spent half her life living outside Scotland, including in Europe, Latin America and North America.

Sharon Thomas

Sharon Thomas is a Cambridge honours graduate with nearly 20 years' experience working in the field of career development and career transition, helping individuals create more effective and successful working lives in many settings. She also has postgraduate qualifications in counselling from Roehampton University and the Tavistock Centre, London. Over the years she has facilitated management teams on behalf of both large companies and small businesses and has also designed and delivered many publicly funded courses for mixed groups in career transition. Sharon runs a successful private practice for career development and coaching, helping those in public and private sector roles, from senior executives to junior or graduate levels. She provides a Career Counselling service for Profile Locations in London and the SE and also runs courses in mindfulness practice to help with stress at work.
