Ainslie graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 2017 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2019. Ainslie specialises in Family and Civil matters ranging from child matters including contact/residence disputes and adoption, to divorce and separation including complex high-value financial disputes, pre/post nuptial agreements, and cohabitation agreements; and civil interdicts. Having appeared in Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland, Ainslie has experience in representing client's interests across all areas of knowledge.

Danielle graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2017. She subsequently completed her Masters in Mediation and Conflict Resolution in 2018 and her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice in 2020 at the University of Strathclyde She qualified as a solicitor in 2022 and joined Hunter & Robertson in 2023. Danielle works in our conveyancing department and undertakes a variety of work across residential and commercial conveyancing. Danielle prides herself on being friendly, approachable, and reassuring for her clients. She is particularly keen on helping first time purchasers get on the property ladder!

Fiona Allison

Fiona has worked within the legal profession since 2005 and is both a fully qualified Law Accountant and a registered Trust and Estate Practitioner, able to assist clients with the most complex administration of estates, trusts, wills and powers of attorney. Fiona is a full member of The Society of Law Accountants in Scotland (SOLAS) and Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Fiona has previously sat on the Law Society of Scotland's Education and Training subcommittee and Accredited Paralegal committee. Outside of work, Fiona enjoys travelling the world and classic car shows, and has a slightly unhealthy obsession (others opinion!) with NFL.

Hannah commenced her Traineeship with the firm in 2020 and has recently qualified as a solicitor. Hannah works in our Civil Department and undertakes a variety of work with a special focus on family law specifically child law, often matters pertaining to the care arrangements for children. Hannah is competent in advocacy and will represent her clients at Sheriff Court level throughout Scotland as well as Children's Hearings.

Jilly-Ann graduated from Dundee University in 2004 and was admitted a solicitor in 2007. Since joining Hunter & Robertson in 2009, she was appointed an associate in 2012 and subsequently as a Director of the firm in 2015. She deals with a broad range of Civil Court matters and has a strong interest in Family Law, particularly matters relating to the welfare of children. She regularly appears in both in the Sheriff Court and the Children's Hearings and regularly advises in disputes before the Children's Hearings and appeals against the Decision of the Children's Hearing. Lesley-Ann Sturgeon

Lesley-Ann joined Hunter & Robertson in 2023. She brought with her a wealth of experience in the field of guardianship applications. She has worked in this field for around 13 years. Lesley-Ann assists clients in applying for funding, making the applications to Court and all ancillary work. She is a valued member of our Family Law team and clients are reassured by her calm and capable manner.

Specialises in civil litigation with particular expertise in high financial value divorce cases, child law and reparation claims. Regularly appointed as Curator ad Litem in family cases and is highly regarded by his peers. Robyn graduated from the University of Aberdeen in 2020 with a Dual Qualification in both Scots and English Law (LLB). Robyn began working with the firm in 2021 as a Legal Secretary for Director, Jilly Melrose, where she developed an interest in family law. Robyn completed the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with the University of Strathclyde in 2023. Robyn commenced her Traineeship with the firm in June 2023. Throughout her traineeship she will be focusing on civil law, specifically family law matters, and will also be assisting with executries and preparing Wills and Powers of Attorney within the Private Client department.

Terence obtained his law degree from Dundee University in 1991 and was admitted as a solicitor in 1994. Terence brings a wealth of experience in residential and commercial conveyancing, including leases and security work. He has developed a solid understanding of the ever-changing property market over the years and enjoys established connections with many other professional advisers who can compliment and enhance his service to his clients. Terence can also advise on wills, executries and Powers of Attorney. Terence acts for a variety of clients from private individuals to limited companies and partnerships. His client base includes many friends and professional colleagues. Terence prides himself on being approachable and available for his clients and his down-to-earth approach results in many repeat instructions. When he has some down time Terence enjoys listening to music, playing guitar and getting out in the fresh air on his bicycle.

She continues in this role, administering all types of estates from the small, to estates involving Inheritance Tax.
