Bill not only was able to retain literally all of the long standing clients from his previous work, but also, with quality service being continued, Bill soon had more local clients coming to him. The increased workload was the deciding factor in Bill Dorward junior leaving school to join WH Dorward to start his training towards an Advanced Plumbing and Heating Engineer.
