I started in the domestic appliance repair industry in November 1997 working for Hoover, within a year I became a senior engineer, then in 1999 I left Hoover and worked for a local company for a couple of years. In 2001 i started at Hotpoint, there i received lots of training on all Hotpoint and Indesit products, within a few years i had climbed the ladder to senior technician. in November 2010 i decided to go it alone taking on a franchise with Hotpoint/Indesit.
