Alan has 40 years' experience in the construction and rail industries, installing thousands of metres of HV cabling along UK Infrastructure. GK also boast a range of health and safety qualifications and operational competencies to support our hands on approach to all situations.

- Company Director of Lincs Lining Ltd
Dominic Revill, Company Director of Lincs Lining Ltd brings a wealth of Line Marking experience that has taken him all over the world on several high profile contracts. Starting as a trainee in 2003 to running his own company 10 years later he has all the necessary ingredients to advise all types of clients small or large. Formed in July 2013 Lincs Lining Ltd has forged several relationships with major clients basing our company on Honesty, Trust and a willingness to listen and succeed under very difficult economic climates.
Established in 2009 by Managing Director George Rowe to introduce innovative technology into the UK railway industry.
George is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and also a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Civil Engineering Surveyors (FCInstCES).
With over 40 year's experience in Heavy civil engineering, motorways, utilities, Submarine bases, Nuclear bases, power stations, Energy and railways George's last role, before setting up MPL, was as the Commercial Director of a Civil Engineering & Railway Company.
In addition to the Commercial experience detailed above, George was also a professional footballer in Scotland for 17 years and even had a spell in management with Queen of the South FC as far back as 1998. After retiring from football, he spent 10 years reporting on and covering football for a national newspaper in Scotland.
After graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University with an Honours Degree in Business BA (Hons), James joined MegaTech in 2017 as a Management Graduate.
Since he joined, James has experienced and worked on every area and department within MPL and has added this to his academic understanding of management systems and processes. James was promoted to his Senior management role in late 2018.
Logan joined MegaTech Projects Ltd (MPL) in 2018. Bringing a range of educational qualifications, Logan has developed his knowledge and understanding of Construction and the Railway industry throughout his time at MegaTech.
This further knowledge and understanding has allowed Logan to grow into a management position within the company aiding in the organisation, planning and supervision of all on site operations and planning for future works. In July 2023, Logan was awarded an Honours degree from The University of The West of Scotland. Logan's continual professional development has furthered his capabilities in project management within the company.
With over 20 years' experience in the Civil Engineering Industry gained with a number of reputable civil engineering contractors, Neil has extensive experience in the successful promotion of rail infrastructure works, high quality streetscaping, public realm environmental improvements and major civil engineering projects. He has worked as a key project partner on high quality, high profile schemes using performance based pavement systems and bespoke rail systems including Mega-Tech's range of platform extension solutions.
Neil was recently part of a National Working Group reviewing and compiling a template for a Vocational qualification in the laying of Natural Stone materials.
As principal agent for the contractor, Neil is responsible for project delivery safely, on time, to budget and the specified quality. Ownership of Health and Safety, project management, communications, quality of workmanship, environmental management and public liaison. Responsible for measurement and valuations for agreement with the Client Agent.
Paul is Adams Design Associate's director and operates out of the company's main office in Hastings covering the whole of the UK.
As a qualified CRE/CEM, Paul leads all Civil & Structural Engineering Design carried out within the company together with Client liaison; Contract administration; scheduling and costing.
Experience includes a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects, project management, Planning Supervisor & CDM Co-Ordinator both in the Railway Sector and general civils construction.
Paul has been appointed CEM/CRE on multiple projects which include platform lengthening works on several MegaTech schemes, acting as CRE on diverse projects such as Headbolt Lane (on an embankment) and Cardiff Bay (16m wide platform).
Rebekah joined MegaTech Projects Ltd (MPL) in the summer of 2020 having married her educational qualifications with a range of administration and management roles within various Public and Private sectors.
This experience has allowed Rebekah to develop her knowledge and understanding of the practices and processes surrounding business administration, administration management & IT. Rebekah has often worked with the general public, generating a firm understanding of dispute resolution and relationship management.
Since joining MPL Rebekah has continued to develop her skills and understanding of administration, culminating in the award of her Chartership in Business Administration and Procedures in February 2024.
Stephen Mallan joined MegaTech with a wealth of experience which he accumulated over 35 years in civil engineering. In addition to the wealth of experience Stephen brings from his time in civil engineering he was also a professional footballer in Scotland.
Stephen started his career at part-time outfit Clyde before moving to Queen of the South where he played alongside MegaTech Director George Rowe. Stevie then played alongside George at Arbroath and Stirling Albion, before moving on to other clubs, he eventually hung up his boots at Junior level, over 20 years later, playing for Auchinleck Talbot where he won 3 Scottish Junior Cups.
Will Chapman is the Managing Director and our guys are proud to have been involved with MegaTech Projects from as far back as Peterborough Station in 2013.
