Our aim is to build high quality, low cost houses in Northern Scotland. To this end we signed an agreement with the Highland Housing Alliance to produce the Tain development at what we think is outstanding value. HHA is owned by housing associations, housing trusts and the Highland Council and works to ensure low cost homes are available in the highlands. All of our own houses have been developed by the same builder we have contracted to build the properties in Tain - Matheson Builders Ltd. of Balloch.
