As a company, our aim at Strange Town is to enable young people to fulfil their creative potential. Whatever your background or experience, we believe everyone has creative and artistic abilities. We help young people to recognise and develop these abilities through peer and professional encouragement, participation and example... For our Youth Theatre and Young Company members, Strange Town runs a Young Actors' Agency which puts them forward for theatre, film and TV roles. We also work with a wide range of artists - actors, designers, directors, writers and musicians - as part of our creative projects and to offer young people links to the profession if that is the path they choose to follow.
