Amanda Borichevsky is Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel responsible for leading the global legal function at Tricentis. A seasoned legal executive, Amanda's broad experience spans legal, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, corporate development, and legal operations for public and private companies.
Chris Collins is Chief Customer Officer at Tricentis and brings more than 30 years of experience leading high-volume and deadline-driven teams. Chris is a strategic business development professional who builds high performing teams, deep customer relationships, and leads organizations to define and implement effective sales and services strategies that scale with the customer experience at the center of all they do.
Prior to Tricentis, Chris was the Chief Customer Experience Officer at Ellucian responsible for leading all post sales functions globally including Professional Services, Customer Support, Managed Services, Customer Success and Education.
Before moving to Ellucian, Chris led Global Services, Education and Partners at Medallia, focusing on customer experience programs across all key verticals. Prior to Medallia, Chris spent over a decade at CA Technologies in various professional leadership roles culminating as General Manager of Global Services and Education. Chris has also held senior IT, customer service, and engineering positions at Mercury Interactive and Tandem Computers.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Studies from San Jose State University.

Darren Beck is the Chief Marketing Officer of Tricentis and is responsible for Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations. Darren has spent over 25 years in leadership roles across a wide variety of industries and companies, including LendingTree®, Capital One®, and Wal-Mart®.
Most recently, he served as the CMO of SolarWinds® where he helped grow the company to over $1 billion in revenue and through a successful IPO. Darren has a broad skill set and a strong track record of building teams and scaling companies for growth, from private startups to global public companies.
Darren lives in Austin, Texas and has an MBA from Brigham Young University.
Dave Hafner is Chief Financial Officer at Tricentis responsible for leading the company's worldwide finance organization, including accounting and reporting, FP&A, internal audit, and investor relations.
Prior to Tricentis, Dave held various FP&A, corporate development, and investor relations leadership roles at SolarWinds including Division CFO of SolarWinds' IT Operations Management division.
Earlier in his career, Dave was an equity research analyst at J.P. Morgan as well as a software sales rep in New York City.
Dave has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Rhode Island, a master's degree in business administration from the University of Rochester and is also a CFA charterholder.

David Gardiner is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the DevOps business unit at Tricentis. David joins us from Trace, an Austin-based software development company, where he is as a board member and advisor. Previously at SolarWinds, he held numerous roles including Senior Vice President of Sales and Business Development, Executive Vice President of International Sales and Business Development, and most recently Chief Revenue Officer. Prior to SolarWinds, David led business development at Motive, BroadJump Inc., and Trilogy, Inc. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada, and is based in Austin, TX.

David Owens is Executive Vice President and General Manager of International Operations at Tricentis. He is responsible for leading International Financial Operations, Global Tax, Global Procurement, Global Facilities, and International Location Strategy.
Previously, David was Senior Vice President, Finance and Operations where he was responsible for finance and operations across the international business. Earlier in his career he worked for Red Hat, Inc. where he served initially as Director of Global Logistics and Production and then as Senior Director of Finance for EMEA.
David is a qualified Chartered Accountant and trained with Ernst and Young.
