Duncan is an experienced consultant and has had a career in consultancy and line management stretching back 20 years and in that time has undertaken work for some major companies throughout the world.
Duncan has most recently majored in human factors and has papers published in this field, he has undertaken significant pieces of work for both London Underground and MTRC in Hong Kong, but has also throughout his career worked on many lean and change management projects in manufacturing and aviation.

Ian is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with experience across many aspects of organisation, management and personal development. Prior to becoming a consultant in 1984, he held a number of senior HR Development posts in large FMCG organisations within the private sector.
Ian has consultancy experience across a wide range of industries in both the private and public sector and has a particular interest in the NHS. Ian's expertise and interests lie in the areas of leadership assessment and development, communications and interpersonal relationships, team development and partnership working, group facilitation, career and life planning/development, trainer development and change management.
Jo is a highly motivated and enthusiastic ergonomist with a strong academic background in psychology and ergonomics.
An effective communicator, Jo has experience in a wide range of industries where she has conducted extensive user testing, provided human factor assessment and recommendations, and delivered ergonomic analysis in a variety of environments for many different industries including naval, military, police, railway, automotive, telecommunications and postal services.

Malcolm has worked with a number of large organisations to deliver sustainable change and performance improvement in highly regulated sectors such nuclear, pharmaceuticals, rail and insurance industries.
He blends improvement techniques with change management and people skills to deliver sustainable change and improve performance. He has worked with organisations in the UK, Holland, Germany, Hong Kong and the UAE.
