F. Edmed and Sons is a family run business which has been farming in and around East Sutton, overlooking the Weald of Kent for seven generations. Raspberries and Kentish Cobnuts are grown and sold through our Farm Shop and we also supply the wholesale market such as London's Covent Garden. Our arable enterprise supplies the farm shop with hay, straw and wheat in addition to producing oil seed rape which we convert into bio-diesel for use in our delivery vehicles. Our herb oil distillation unit processes our Lavender, Coriander and Chamomile for the homeopathic, food flavouring and pharmaceutical industries. We grow several varieties of hops which are dried in our own oast..
