Sacha Taylor has been a practicing Solution Focused Hypnotherapist since training at the acclaimed Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training School in Bristol in 2014. She works with a wide range of clients using Solution Focused Hypnotherapy to help them overcome conditions exacerbated by anxiety, stress or depression, improving their confidence, self-esteem and general quality of life throughout the process. She enjoys helping clients achieve their goals and is very committed to her profession, offering a safe place to explore solutions that suit each individual. She is delighted to be working as part of the Active Health Team, sharing in their vision to help people solve their issues and enjoy a better life experience as a result.
