Our vision is young people creating a better community. We aim to make Camden a place where young people can fulfil their potential and benefit their community through the power of youth action... Our Service User Journey offers young people opportunities to develop their skills and hands-on experience through engaging with their local communities, as well as with local businesses. A young person may first engage with FYA while at primary school and, when in their teens, continue their involvement through youth-led volunteering programmes and, as they become young adults, participate in mentoring and employability programmes... We support local disadvantaged young people in developing projects which address the issues they care about, such as community cohesion, healthy living, conflict, drugs, and alcohol. We also work in
