We are a non political, non religious charity, based on the Black Isle in the Highlands of Scotland... The organisation first established it's presence in 1969 in Hereford shire. Nansen International Children's Centre (NICC) provided holidays for children from the inner cities. The centre was run on a purely voluntary basis and ceased it's operations 8 years later.
