Catherine Wenborn is a Solicitor with 24 years experience in the field of Matrimonial and Family Law.
Catherine set up Vines Legal in 2009. She is strongly in favour of promoting organic growth in the firm. Each member of the team started their Vines journey as law graduates, but have worked through to qualification as a solicitor and beyond. She is immensely proud of her team.
Away from the office, Catherine enjoys socialising with friends, music, fitness and travelling.

Catrin Jones is a Trainee Solicitor to Claire Clark at Vines Legal Limited, Chesterfield. She assists with her caseload and administrative tasks.
Catrin studied Law at the University of Derby, where she obtained a First Class Honours Degree. As part of her studies, she volunteered within the Student Legal Advice Centre. She is currently studying the Legal Practice Course combined with Masters of Law, part time, alongside her work at the firm.
Catrin began her Training Contract with the firm on 3rd July 2023 with a view to completing this in December 2024.
Away from the office, Catrin enjoys clay shooting, going to the gym, socialising with friends and cooking.

Claire studied Law in Leeds followed by the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School. She then completed her training contract with the firm, which reached its conclusion in December 2012. She then progressed within the Firm by becoming an Associate Solicitor, and has recently been appointed as a Director.
Claire is a specialist in the field of Family & Matrimonial Law, is a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel, and deals with both the married and the unmarried family.
Away from the office, Claire enjoys socialising with family & friends, playing in the local Netball league and travelling.

Hannah Taylor is a Trainee Solicitor to Chloe Payne at Vines Legal Limited, Chesterfield. She assists with her caseload and administrative tasks.
Hannah studied Law at the University of Derby, where she obtained a First Class Honours Degree. During her studies, she received the Deans' Award for Academic Excellence. She is currently studying the Legal Practice Course combined with Masters of Law, part-time, alongside her work.
Hannah began her Training Contract with the firm on 1st December 2023 with a view to completing this in July 2025.
Away from the office, Hannah enjoys martial arts, socialising with friends and exploring Derbyshire and the surrounding area.

Shelby Banner is a Paralegal to Claire Clark at Vines Legal Limited, Chesterfield. She assists with her caseload and administrative tasks.
Shelby studied Law at the University of Derby, where she obtained a First Class Honours Degree. As part of her studies, she volunteered within the Student Legal Advice Centre. She is currently studying the Legal Practice Course combined with Masters of Law, part time, alongside her work at the firm. She hopes to complete her studies and begin her Training Contract in 2024.
Away from the office, Shelby enjoys long walks in the Peak District with her dog, Buddy, running, socialising with family & friends and movie nights.
Chloe began her training at Vines Legal as a Paralegal to Catherine Wenborn to assist with administrative tasks and caseload.
Chloe studied Law at the University of Leeds and obtained a First Class Honours Degree. As part of her studies, she undertook a year abroad in Sweden. Chloe won a scholarship to complete the Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield to progress her career in family law.
Chloe has now completed her Training Contract with Vines Legal and has achieved her academic goal of becoming a qualified, practicing Solicitor.
Away from the office, Chloe enjoys socialising with family & friends, walking her dog, Louie and trying new craft IPA's.
