We are a small family run business based in an old Victorian factory in York. All of our products were designed out of necessity from running our own Guest House. We have used this experience of the hospitality industry to create products that we know are invaluable... The reservation diary for example evolved over a period of years from a prototype with scribbled notes to the popular diary we have been successfully selling for twenty years!... We aim to offer a highly professional service and top quality products to all our customers,. We are very proud of the fact that many of our customers are regulars that have been with us since we started.
