Collette is a Senior Operations Manager, responsible for the day to day running of the Remortgage and Transfer of Equity side of the business. Collette has worked at Solex since 2014. She has over 25 years experience in the insurance and legal sector, holding various senior positions.

Fiona is the Manager of the Conveyancing Department and has in depth knowledge and experience in both residential and commercial conveyancing, having started her conveyancing career in 1985. Fiona began working for Solex in 2015 and deals with all aspects of conveyancing for her firm client base, which includes several large developers. Additionally, Fiona has in depth experience in drafting Leases, Lease Extensions, Remortgages and sale and purchases of Leasehold and Freehold properties.

Michael qualified as a Solicitor in 1983, and became a Partner in a Law firm the same year. Experienced in Conveyancing, Matrimonial law, Probate, Personal Injury Law and Civil litigation, he is a member of the Law Society, a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and a member of APIL with Senior Litigator status. Michael is also a trained mediator.

Nigel is the Technical and Client Relationship Manager at Solex Legal Services and primarily manages the company's banking sector clients. Nigel has worked at Solex since 1994 and has enjoyed a variety of senior roles. Nigel is an Associate member of the Institute of Legal Executives.
