Ben joined us straight from school and has a genuine passion for CNC turning & machining. At MAS Precision, Ben is responsible for tool design using the latest Solidworks CAD software. His other duties include process/performance improvements and gauge calibration. In his spare time, Ben is restoring an old Land Rover Defender which has enhanced his fitting skills further.

Martin is a qualified engineer who has spent much of his working life in quality management. His experience has given him a strong understanding of what customers require in terms of exceptional quality and outstanding support. He will frequently go that extra mile to exceed customer expectations. His role includes overseeing sales, purchasing and developing the business strategy to maintain its competitive edge.
Steve is responsible for manufacturing and has over 35 years' experience in the industry. He is a highly skilled CNC turning & machining programmer with a strong understanding of utilising machines for speed and accuracy. Steve prides himself on his commitment to modern tooling design techniques and will frequently think "outside the box" to achieve the best production methods.
