Our highly motivated and dedicated staff teams are carefully selected and childcare staff are all registered with the Scottish Social Services Council. Our company and our staff are all committed to staff development at all levels. Our staff continue to study to achieve qualifications in both further education and higher education ranging from SVQ level 3 to Masters in Childhood Practice. Throughout the year staff will also complete professional development courses including Paediatric First Aid and Child Development... All of our services are regulated and inspected by Care Inspectorate Scotland and work closely with local authorities. Our nurseries both offer government funded pre-school education, from August 2020 this will be 1140 hours for each child. With registration there are regular inspections of our services and our nurseries are also inspected by HMIe. We are also members of the National Day Nurseries Association and Early Years Scotland...
