Craig is a seasoned professional with a wealth of expertise ranging from Coil Tubing to senior Management roles, predominantly in Asia, the Middle East and most recently, Australia. As Head of Projects, Craig will be leading our strategic initiatives, overseeing project management and ensuring the successful execution of our projects. Outside of work, Craig enjoys eating out and unwinding at concerts. He also loves travelling with his wife and two boys.

Charlotte has 15+ years of experience in the energy sector, with expertise in finance, international commercial, and business development. She is responsible for the company's strategic and financial performance and the well-being of all staff. Charlotte loves outdoor activities, especially the countryside.
Suzanne Cowie joined IK Trax in 2024 as Finance Manager supporting IK Trax and Izomax product lines. Suzanne is ACCA qualified and has experience of running finance teams worldwide having worked in various industries including banking, construction and oil and gas. Outside of work Suzanne enjoys hiking with her dog, trail running and travel.
Carmen studied at Cadiz University, earning a bachelor's degree in marine radio communications. She was previously involved in retrofitting vessels and implementing communications/navigational aids that meet IMO Standards. With a client-focused role, she ensures our clients have a great experience with our solutions. Beyond work, she is passionate about nature, yoga, family life, and embracing simplicity in life!
