Andrew Strange

Andrew has 40 years' experience working in financial services. He has worked for major insurance companies, investment houses and as an Independent Financial Adviser, before starting his own business in 2004 which later merged with Hanbury Wealth. Andrew specialises in retirement planning, investments, pensions, inheritance tax planning and long-term care, and prides himself on building long-term relationships with clients. As well as being a qualified financial adviser, he holds the Long-Term Care Planning qualification and Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management too. In his downtime, Andrew is an avid watcher of all sports. He also enjoys reading, swimming and socialising with family and friends.

Chris began his financial career at Andersen Charnley Wealth Management in 2004, first as an administrator and later as a paraplanner, providing technical support to the lead consultants. Chris joined Lark Employee Benefits in 2009, and by 2011 was running their pensions desk, looking after members of company pension schemes and helping them to plan their retirements. From there, Chris joined Hanbury Wealth in 2016, bringing with him his pensions expertise to further compliment the holistic advice the firm offers. Chris feels education and understanding of the advice provided by the firm is key, and endeavours to deliver this at the highest level to his clients. He also prides himself on his relationships with clients-from younger entrepreneurs building their businesses, to retiring professionals, Chris tailors his advice to meeting their on-going financial needs. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his young family, surfing when he can get to the coast, and swimming. Chris is also a Duke of Edinburgh Expedition assessor.

Emma Caley

After finishing university, where she gained a first class degree in Banking and Financial Management, Emma started her career as an administrator in Central London. After completing a Diploma in Financial Management, she was promoted to the position of Paraplanner and has enjoyed the technical aspect of this role for several years. She made the decision to move out of London and joined Hanbury Wealth in October 2021. She also holds a CII Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. Emma's role at Hanbury Wealth is to provide paraplanning support to the advisers. Primarily, this involves undertaking product research and writing bespoke suitability reports for clients, which in turn helps to build their wealth and maintain their lifestyles in retirement. Away from the office, Emma enjoys time with her family and friends, cooking, hiking and exploring what Britain has to offer, as well as (trying!) to teach herself guitar.

Mandy joined Hanbury in 2009, and was pleased to find herself working alongside like-minded colleagues in a firm that believes in delivering wholly independent advice. Previously she had worked as a Paraplanner at Partners Wealth Management, in the Group Risk department at HSBC Actuaries and Consultants and also at Baigrie Davies. Mandy has far-reaching experience in the financial services sector, practicing across all key areas of wealth planning and working closely with both corporate clients and High Net Worth individuals in managing all aspects of their financial affairs. Her mandate is to help the firm execute a service that is highly bespoke and client-focused. This, in particular, involves designing diversified and cohesive investment strategies, cash-flow modelling, and tax optimisation planning. In her spare time, Mandy enjoys raising money and volunteering for a local school for children with complex and severe learning difficulties. She also likes to keep fit and spend time with friends and family.

Matthew Bell

Matthew joined Hanbury Wealth in September 2023 and has over 28 years' experience in financial services. The majority of which has been spent working for private investment banks and wealth management firms within the high net worth arena, advising both personal and corporate clients on pension planning, investments, inheritance tax planning, trusts, long-term care and other specialist areas of their finances. Matthew holds several specialist qualifications, including the Level 6 Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is a chartered associate with the London Institute of Banking & Finance. He provides bespoke face-to-face financial advice on a wide range of financial planning matters with clients as well as their families, tailoring a clear financial plan to meet their individual goals. Client needs are reviewed and updated regularly, ensuring their goals and aspirations remain on track and are achievable. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time with his family and has a keen interest in country pursuits, working closely with the local community.
