Aaron is based in our Ballymena branch and is a qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Prior to becoming a Mortgage and Protection adviser he worked as a business support specialist in Ballymena, familiarising himself with the clients and helping them on their their financial journey.

Adam joined the IQ team in 2021, moving from Santander. Adam is based in our Holywood office.

Alastair has been part of the IQ team since 2008. Along with his wife Beverley they opened Glengormley Mortgage IQ.
Alastair and Beverly have a wealth of experience in the bancassurer and building society environment having worked for Halifax and Nationwide for over 50 years between them. This has helped enormously when it comes to placing mortgage business with respective lenders and their individual requirements and criteria.

Ann has worked in Financial Services for 15 years. Her career started with Ulster Bank, where she worked in various departments gaining valuable experience in the banking industry. Ann joined the Mortgage IQ team in July 2016 as a Mortgage and Protection adviser and is based in the Bangor branch.
Ann specialises in Equity Release mortgages and has invaluable experience in all mortgage types and customer protection.

Beverley runs our Glengormley office alongside her husband Alastair. She supports the adviser team by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ. She has been in Financial Services for 20+ years.
Beverley completes a number of tasks and is a central point of contact for customers. She will keep in touch with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and anyone else required to make the customer journey hassle free!

Conor joined the Mortgage IQ team in 2021, moving from the Credit Union. Conor is based in our Coleraine branch and holds both his Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice and his Diploma in Financial Advice.
David works in our Glengormley office. He supports the adviser team by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ.
David completes a number of tasks and is a point of contact for customers. He will keep in touch with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and anyone else required to make the customer journey hassle free! David will also help put together your mortgage application and will make sure everything runs smoothly.
Dawn works in our Jordanstown and Ballyclare offices as Business Support. She supports the adviser team by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ.
Dawn is trained to complete all administrative tasks and is a point of contact for customers. She will keep in touch with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and anyone else required to make the customer journey hassle free!
Diane is a Financial Planner working mainly from our Jordanstown office. She has been in the industry for nearly 20 years starting in Halifax and Santander. In her time at Mortgage IQ, she began as an Administrator then began work as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser before gaining her qualifications and becoming a Financial Planner.
With a passion for people and customer service she looks forward to meeting all clients whether new or existing where she will go the extra mile to make sure they get the best advice and service possible.
Elizabeth is our Practice manager and supports the team by organising work stream, training and refining processes. She works in our Holywood office and supports the adviser team by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ.
Elizabeth began her career with IQ through Mortgage IQ, Elizabeth gained a wealth of experience in mortgage and protection and has since moved to IQ&Co ltd as a paraplanner, supporting the team of advisers with their cases.
Gillian joined the IQ team in 2015 and works in the Holywood office as a Financial Adviser. Before joining IQ Gillian worked in Halifax for 30 years having been a Financial Planner since 1998.
Gillian has a wealth of expertise and knowledge in all aspects of wealth advice and really enjoys helping customers achieve their financial objectives.
Heather joined Mortgage IQ in May 2014 and has over 25 years' experience in Financial Services. She has been advising on Mortgage & Protection needs for the last 14 years and in the last year has become a qualified Financial Planner. Heather can also support with clients pension and investment needs and with corporate protection and financial planning.
Holly joined the IQ team in 2021, moving from FinTru. Since joining Holly has completed her CeMAP exams and is currently undergoing training to be a Mortgage and Protection Adviser at our Holywood office.
Ian joined the IQ team after 30 years in the financial services industry, primarily with Nationwide Building Society. He is fully qualified in Financial Planning and Mortgage Advice as well as having several management and leadership qualifications.
He began his career in financial services after graduating from Ulster University in business and finance and held numerous roles with Nationwide from Financial Planning Manager to Branch district Manager and latterly Area Director for Northern Ireland.
Helping clients find personal financial solutions is important to Ian and he enjoys assisting customers with personal, face-to-face advice. He is passionate about great customer service and building long-term relationships.
Janine supports the IQ team to help our customers and ensure the best overall customer experience. Janine has worked in financial services for the last 12 years, undertaking many different positions and gaining a wealth of experience across the sector. Before joining IQ she held a position in the Barclays Northern Ireland and Scotland leadership team and successfully managed 3 of the 9 branches located here in Northern Ireland. Janine holds her DipFA and CeMAp qualifications.
Throughout her career and various roles, Janine's main passion has always been customer service. She always puts the client at the heart of everything she does.
Janine joined IQ in 2019 after business expansion meant an Operations role was required to support our customers. Janine spent most of her career in RBS and NatWest and has also worked for Citi Bank. Janine holds a degree in Law with Criminology and holds multiple Financial Qualifications including her CeMap and CeSRE.
Jay joined IQ in 2021 after completing the St. James's Place Academy in Edinburgh, obtaining his Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
The Academy is a bespoke programme to train those new to Financial planning to be fully qualified Wealth Advisers. Jay also holds a Business degree but family connections in the Financial Services Industry sparked his interest in Financial Planning. Jay comes from an Agricultural and Agri-food background and enjoys helping individual and business clients in this sector as well as meeting the needs of all client types.
Jay is passionate about customer service and giving people the highest standard of advice.

Joanne has been with Mortgage IQ since its inception and owns our East Belfast branch.
Joanne started her career in Financial Services at the tender age of 16, working for Abbey National until joining the Mortgage IQ team. Joanne is local to her branch and goes the extra mile for all of her customers, working to fulfil their mortgage needs and ensuring customers are adequately protected. Joanne is currently studying for her Diploma in Financial advice.
Kathryn works in our Coleraine office as Business Support having moved from PropertyPal in 2020. She supports the adviser team by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ.

Kori has worked as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser with Mortgage IQ for 4 Years and provides broad based advice on Mortgages and Personal Protection. Kori is based in our Antrim office.
Kori is an expert in all mortgage types but especially buy-to-lets. She is also passionate about making sure customers are adequately protected through life and income protection and won "Best General Insurance Specialist" at the Paymentshield Awards in 2020.

Kris joined the IQ team in 2018 as Business Support. Having become a senior administrator, Kris went on to study and pass his CeMAP exams and is now a Mortgage and Protection Adviser working out of Bangor and Comber.
Laura has spent her entire working career with links to the financial services sector and specifically St. James's Place, having started working as a financial services administrator in 2000 providing assistance to her father, who was a financial adviser with St. James's Place (then J. Rothschild Assurance).
Laura's role also extended to property sales and management within the family estate agency business, but she always had a particular interest in financial services and developed her knowledge to provide PA / Paraplanner services, dealing largely with wealth management.

Lorraine joined IQ in August 2018 and has 11 years' experience in financial services. She worked at Ulster Bank before joining the IQ team having roles as a Customer Adviser, deputy branch manager and Senior Mortgage Adviser.
Lorraine loves meeting new clients and helping them to sort out their mortgage needs. She is passionate about ensuring all her clients fully protect themselves and families for the future.
Luke is based in our Glengormley branch and is a qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser.
Mandy works in our Holywood office as Business Support. She supports the adviser team by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ.
Mandy is trained to complete a number of administrative tasks and is a point of contact for customers. She will keep in touch with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and anyone else required to make the customer journey hassle free!
Mark has been working within the financial services sector for over 10 years and holds an accountancy degree. Mark began his career with IQ & Co through Mortgage IQ and was based in the East Belfast branch. In this role, Mark gained a wealth of experience in Mortgages and Protection and has since moved to IQ&Co ltd as a paraplanner, supporting the team of advisers with their cases.
Mark's main duties include working alongside our team of advisers, supporting research and administration and liaising directly with clients.
Mark joined Mortgage IQ in 2017 after 3 years at Nationwide working as a personal banking manager. Mark works in our Bangor office and, after giving Mortgage and Protection advice for many years, is a qualified Financial Planner providing advice to businesses and individuals.
Owen joined Mortgage IQ in 2018 as Business support. After supporting the mortgage and protection side of the business for many years, Owen has moved to supporting pension and investment cases in our Financial Planning side of the business.
Owen is based in our Holywood office and often lends his experience to supporting newer members of the team with their training and development.
Pearse works in our Holywood office as Business Support. He supports the adviser team by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ.
Pearse is trained to complete all administrative tasks and is a point of contact for customers. He will keep in touch with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and anyone else required to make the customer journey hassle free!
Pearse is also currently studying for his CeMAP exams.
Rachel works in our Glengormley office as Business Support. She supports the adviser team (which includes her husband and uncle) by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ.
Rachel is trained to complete all administrative tasks and is a point of contact for customers. She will keep in touch with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and anyone else required to make the customer journey hassle free!
Sarah works in our East Belfast office as Business Support. She supports the adviser team by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ.
Sarah is trained to complete all administrative tasks and is a point of contact for customers. She will keep in touch with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and anyone else required to make the customer journey hassle free!
Outside of work Sarah volunteers with various youth projects and clubs.
Suzanne works in our Ballymena office as Business Suppor. She supports the adviser team by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ.
Suzanne is trained to complete all administrative tasks and is a point of contact for customers. She will keep in touch with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and anyone else required to make the customer journey hassle free!

Tanya Martin is Managing Director of Mortgage IQ and IQ&Co. She is a qualified Financial Planner with 20+ years industry experience.
Tanya works with both corporate and personal customers. This includes providing advice and guidance to companies on Business Wills, shareholder protection, key person insurance and the legal agreements required to sit alongside these types of arrangements.
Tanya also advises on mortgages, protection, pensions, investments and inheritance tax planning
Tanya's passion is people- helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing personal face to face advice and supporting her staff members to do the same.
Victoria works in our Bangor office as Business Support having moved from Barclays Bank. She supports the adviser team by ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the process of dealing with IQ.
Victoria is trained to complete all administrative tasks and is a point of contact for customers. She will keep in touch with lenders, solicitors, estate agents and anyone else required to make the customer journey hassle free!
Victoria is also currently studying for her CeMAP exams.
