Bethan Seller

Bethan is hard to describe until you've met her; She wildly funny, wonderfully quirky and always has a twinkle of quiet confidence in her eye. She also references Harry Potter. Bethan's approach to film making means she's directed crafted and distinctive work for brands like The Royal Bank of Scotland, Betfred, Rustoleum, Lego and The Famous Grouse. She finds herself drawn to characters and stories that are colourful, playful and a little larger than life. She loves adding a bit of "theatre" to her work through performance and visuals - thriving on making work that is a feast for the eyes. That could be creating a 1950's inspired cruise ship for Betfred, or a Lady Marmalade themed cafe for The Royal Bank of Scotland.

Claire Norowzian

Claire started her career in broadcasting at MTV followed by Nickelodeon, where she began directing kids. She won two BAFTA's for her first short film, Nickelodeon's ‘Big Green Thing' followed by her TV Series, Nick Jr's Bedtime stories (along with two more BAFTA noms.) Since then, Claire has directed work for Red Bee and The BBC, directed grown ups, octogenarians, everything else in between and picked up 16 Promax's and a Gold Kinsale Shark. Most recently her short film ‘Take Me' was a finalist in Homespun Yarns Short Film competition and has been shortlisted in the London Independent Film Festival. Her stylistically experimental sense of directing is quirky and engaging, seamlessly blended with beauty, charm and character.

Imogen's film for NHS Neo Natal ‘Could You?' won a Young Arrow 2022 for Best Editing, and she was also a finalist for Best Director. The same film also won a shiny Award for Best Direction. Her recent documentary ‘IF EVERYONE KNEW' (2021) shares three women's personal experiences of baby loss, and the film is now available to stream on Amazon Prime US. Before making her transition to directing, Imogen worked as a producer in both commercials and music videos. This is not her first rodeo. As an aside, she loves horses.
