Bethan is hard to describe until you've met her; She wildly funny, wonderfully quirky and always has a twinkle of quiet confidence in her eye. She also references Harry Potter. Bethan's approach to film making means she's directed crafted and distinctive work for brands like The Royal Bank of Scotland, Betfred, Rustoleum, Lego and The Famous Grouse. She finds herself drawn to characters and stories that are colourful, playful and a little larger than life. Claire Norowzian

Claire started her career in broadcasting at MTV followed by Nickelodeon, where she began directing kids. She won two BAFTA's for her first short film, Nickelodeon's 'Big Green Thing' followed by her TV Series, Nick Jr's Bedtime stories (along with two more BAFTA noms.) Since then, Claire has directed work for Red Bee and The BBC, directed grown ups, octogenarians, everything else in between and picked up 16 Promax's and a Gold Kinsale Shark. Most recently her short film 'Take Me' was a finalist in Homespun Yarns Short Film competition and has been shortlisted in the London Independent Film Festival. Her stylistically experimental sense of directing is quirky and engaging, seamlessly blended with beauty, charm and character.
