Chandrajit brings in over 22-years of experience as a structured finance banker, structurer and trader, covering stints at Wachovia Securities, Nomura Securities, Deutsche Bank, UBS, Old Mutual, Fitch Ratings and JP Morgan. He was responsible for originating and structuring several innovative transactions ranging from leveraged loan CLOs to Private Equity backed and Hedge Fund backed securitisation products. Chandrajit was formerly a bond trader managing a trading book for corporate credit and sovereign debt. He is a graduate in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and holds a Masters in Finance (with Distinction) in Financial Engineering from London Business School (LBS).

Ed is Coller Capital's senior risk partner based in NYC, responsible for the oversight of the firm's investment analysis and portfolio management. Ed is based in the firm's New York office. Prior to joining Coller Capital in 2009 Ed was a Managing Director at GSO Capital Partners' London and New York offices where he had responsibility for debt origination. He has also worked at Credit Suisse as a Director of its Investment Banking division. Ed has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BS degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Giannis Ntikas

Giannis joined Pearl Diver Capital as an Analyst within the Credit Team. Before joining, Giannis gained experience as a Junior Analyst at Tikehau Capital. He holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College London and an MSc in Applied Mathematics from the National Technical University of Athens.

Graham Clempson

Graham Clempson is MidOcean's former European Managing Partner and now serves on its Executive Board. Prior to his last position, Mr Clempson was European Managing Partner of DB Capital Partners and CEO of Morgan Grenfell Private Equity (‘MGPE'). Previously, Mr Clempson was Co-Head of European Investment Banking at Deutsche Bank. During his career at Deutsche Bank and Bankers Trust, Mr Clempson was responsible for building Bankers Trust's leading market position in the High Yield and Leveraged/Acquisition Finance sectors. Mr Clempson has an MA in Law from Oxford University.

INDRANIL BASU - CEO, Founder

Neil brings in more than 28-years experience in European Securitised Products, ABS & Structured Finance. Prior to founding Pearl Diver Capital, Neil served in variety of senior roles, most recently as Managing Director and European Head of Structured Products at institutions such as Nomura Securities and Wachovia Securities He has led a variety of securitisation transactions in asset classes ranging from consumer loans, mortgages, emerging market future flow assets, to sports event receivables, leveraged loans & high yield, ABS, private equity and hedge fund portfolios. He is a graduate in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina, USA.

Jing Yang

Kelvin, a qualified ACA Chartered Accountant, joined Pearl Diver Capital in June 2016. He is responsible for the financial control, operations, compliance and management of the company and funds. Prior to Pearl Diver Capital, he was Financial Controller at Hamilton Bradshaw Private Equity. He also gained experience at accountancy firms BDO and HW Fisher where he specialised in FCA and client money audits for SMEs in financial services. Kelvin holds a BSc in Maths and Physics from the University of Warwick.

KERRILL GAFFNEY - Managing Director

Kerrill is a Managing Director at Pearl Diver Capital and has over 10 years of experience in financial markets. Kerrill was formerly a Credit Analyst at Allied Irish Banks where he covered leveraged loan investments across the technology, telecoms, manufacturing, retail, entertainment, services and food sectors. Kerrill holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Economics and Business from the National University of Ireland, Galway.

Matthew has 18 years' experience of buy-side credit experience in CLOs and leveraged finance. Matthew joined Pearl Diver in 2009, he heads Pearl Diver's European business, is a voting member of the investment committee and is co-head of the credit division. Prior to joining Pearl Diver, Matthew was a Credit Analyst with Alcentra where he covered Publishing, Media, Leisure and Gaming, Restaurants and Environmental Services. His experience covers analysing and investing in CLOs, investment origination, fundamental company level credit analysis and corporate restructurings. Matthew holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Wales, Swansea.

Nick Schwartzstein is a Senior Investment Officer at the New York State Common Retirement Fund. He is responsible for allocating capital to private credit and cross-asset investment funds. Prior to this role, Mr. Schwartzstein served as a Vice President in Morgan Stanley's Treasury Capital Markets group. Previously, he traded agencies, supra sovereign notes, and covered bonds in Morgan Stanley's Fixed Income Division. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Schwartzstein spent four years on the New York State Common Retirement Fund's Absolute Return Strategies team. Mr. Schwartzstein holds an MBA in Finance from New York University and a BA in Economics from Washington & Lee University. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Odilon Leal is a member of the Asset Allocation team at BWGI. BWGI is the investment arm of Brasil Warrant, the holding structure that oversees the wealth of Moreira Salles' family. Odilon worked previously investing in equities at Credit Suisse Hedging-Griffo and global macro at Bridgewater Associates. Before that, he had experience with investment banking at Rabobank and consulting at McKinsey & Co. Odilon majored in Computer Engineering from ITA, a leading school in Brazil, and has an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Randall S. Damstra is the Senior Managing Director, Head of Global Private Equity for Ottawa Avenue Private Capital, LLC ("OAPC"), a division of RDV Corporation, a multi-generational family office located in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Collectively, RDV and OAPC provide comprehensive wealth management, financial, tax and estate planning, investment planning and management, foundation governance and personal administrative services. Mr. Damstra serves as the Advisory Board representative for OAPC's private equity fund relationships and oversees OAPC's Board observation rights across a pool of over 100 co-investments. He also serves on numerous community boards, including Ada Township, Goodwill Industries of Grand Rapids, Hope College Endowment Board, Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Foundation Investment Committee and is a Trustee of the GVSU Foundation, among others. Tim has over 20 years of experience in building businesses in the financial sector. Prior to joining Pearl Diver Tim served in a variety of senior positions, most recently as Marketing Director for Moneda Asset Management and was previously one of the founders of Arbalet Capital a relative value commodity hedge fund. Tim was also part of the original team that built Measurisk under Bear Stearns & Co. which became the largest firm in the industry for communicating risk and exposures between institutional hedge fund investors. Tim has led a variety of entrepreneurial ventures throughout his career primarily working with institutional investors on a global basis. His experience includes sales, marketing, product development, management and strategy.
